“The 2 sales ladies are great! One in Target plaza on Richmond Ave & oneon veteran 's road. Your refund system is in need of a simple much redue. I spent the better part of my 4th of July morning trying to purchase an iteam that was more than̈ the refund..I went from the refund ctr back to sales personat least 3 times,plus using another sales rep in between. Shoppers please make sure that your purchases is returned, if the prouduct breaks be prepared to file a claim wait for ever to get an answer like the one I received CANT replace due to normal wear & tear . It was 2 yrs old,or don't have a technician in your area. And I am sure if you did some research you could find an equal or better product. Laurie @ Veterns Rd West aslo very helpful in calling the claimed department in case they needed more information

“We just purchased a purple mattress from the purple store at the Grove in Shrewsbury. My husband and I were trying different beds for months before we decided to buy the purple… Our consultant Dawn was the absolute best! We never felt pressure. We just got great information and reassurance that our purchase was protected and that we had the ability to change our mind and that it wasn’t difficult at all if we did… Well, fast forward, three weeks later and we love our bed! “Excellent service from Mary C. We walked in. She greeted us and we told her exactly what we wanted. We had been couch shopping and had been to two other Macy’s. No other sales person took the time to go back and see that this couch was supposed to be 30% off each piece. Two other stores quoted us insanely high prices and we knew something was wrong. Mary C. Went to town worked her magic and said something is coming up too expensive. I am trying to figure out what is going on all three pieces were coming up with the correct pricing and one piece was incorrectly priced in the system. Thank you so much for having wonderful patience and taking the time to get us the correct price hence to say we ordered the couch and can’t wait for it to be delivered. If you have any furniture needs go see Mary C she will do her best to get you the best price.
