“The Eatontown team is the reason we keep coming back to PC Richard.
They helped us choose a Samsung TV and explained why that set was the right fit for our living room — picture quality, and staying in the Samsung family so the remote and features work together. The TV has been excellent.
When we needed a soundbar, they didn’t just point at a shelf. They walked us through the features that actually matter with a Samsung TV — wireless sub, Atmos, and the TV and bar working as one system — and recommended the right product for an open living room. We picked it up the same day, installed it that afternoon, and it sounds fantastic.
Same story on our washer and dryer. They focused on the features that matter day to day — capacity, cycles, reliability — and which brand matched how we use the machines, instead of upselling whatever was on display.
In the store, Wayne was great, and another associate brought everything out to the car. The whole visit was easy.

“The 2 sales ladies are great! One in Target plaza on Richmond Ave & oneon veteran 's road. Your refund system is in need of a simple much redue. I spent the better part of my 4th of July morning trying to purchase an iteam that was more than̈ the refund..I went from the refund ctr back to sales personat least 3 times,plus using another sales rep in between. Shoppers please make sure that your purchases is returned, if the prouduct breaks be prepared to file a claim wait for ever to get an answer like the one I received CANT replace due to normal wear & tear . It was 2 yrs old,or don't have a technician in your area. And I am sure if you did some research you could find an equal or better product. Laurie @ Veterns Rd West aslo very helpful in calling the claimed department in case they needed more information

My husband and I were trying different beds for months before we decided to buy the purple… Our consultant Dawn was the absolute best! We never felt pressure. “Came in to get a new sectional couch. Had a great experience with associate Steve. He showed us where the sectionals were and let us do our thing and was available for help if we needed it. He even supplied us with some water bottles and a tape measure! When we chose our couch Steve helped us build the model for our space which was very helpful. Sectional delivered in 2 days with no issues. The delivery team was also great & polite. Would use this team any time for furniture needs!”

“I purchased an Innocor pillow about two years ago and I LOVE it!! Problem is, I can't seem to find another one (or more!) It's firm and cooling, perfect! I tried a Serta out of desperation but returned it. Is there someone out there that knows where I can get another Innocor??”
“Excellent service from Mary C. We walked in. She greeted us and we told her exactly what we wanted. We had been couch shopping and had been to two other Macy’s. No other sales person took the time to go back and see that this couch was supposed to be 30% off each piece. Two other stores quoted us insanely high prices and we knew something was wrong. Mary C. Went to town worked her magic and said something is coming up too expensive. I am trying to figure out what is going on all three pieces were coming up with the correct pricing and one piece was incorrectly priced in the system. Thank you so much for having wonderful patience and taking the time to get us the correct price hence to say we ordered the couch and can’t wait for it to be delivered. If you have any furniture needs go see Mary C she will do her best to get you the best price.
