“I like the office looks like a space pod. That aside, some confusion in our booking. We were storing a tow behind camper. They gave us a spot that was not ideal. We went into cancel, but Griffin took care of us. Made everything easy. Very nice and helpful. Didn't just let us walk away. Did right by the customer. You don't see that now a days. A lot of people would of just said o well. Great work.”

She took the time to explain everything to us so thoroughly, walked us through the location and process, and even welcomed us to coffee and cookies :). The location is so welcoming and clean, every last detail has been thought out, down to the cute flashlight key chains to hold our locker keys. “I have four 10’ x 20’ units at Atlantic Highlands Self Storage. Sold my home in March and new build is delayed until July. All 4 units are environmentally controlled. This facility is extremely clean. Management is courteous and helpful. Bathroom is nice and clean. Hand carts are very helpful. I was at Extra Storage in Eatontown before here and had to submit a claim because my unit leaked and destroyed some of my belongings. Atlantic Highlands is dry, clean and the environment is well maintained.”
