Met with kristin today, she explained to me how the public storage rental unit process works. I described what i believed what i needed based on what was left in my home, she gave me a couple of recommendations took the time to show me different units. Explained the benefits of climate controlled vs non climate control which helped me make the decision to get the unit . She was great if there was more then 5 stars she would of gotten more. You should be proud to have an associate like her in your company.

I worked with Kristin from the Middletown, NJ storage facility, and she was fantastic! I had a transfer/scheduling issue stemming from being directed to the overall call center and Kristin worked with me on the phone for over a half hour to make sure everything was corrected and I wasn't improperly charged. She also ensured that I had a unit available to switch to when I needed it, as we were consolidating to a smaller storage space. She was very patient, professional, and courteous and provided outstanding customer service! Thank you, Kristin!!

I currently was looking for storage in the area and Kristen at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating I give this five stars for storage units they had many different types of units she went above and beyond to make sure I felt that my valuables would be in a secure place and the prices are really great I normally get a weird vibe from customer service reps at storage places but this lady Kristen really went above and beyond for me she definitely gets five stars and they are definitely going to get my business because of her customer service skills

Kristin was a huge help when I called. I had no idea where to begin or what I really needed. She helped me find the most appropriate size unit selection for the items I explained to her I needed stored. She assured me that I could upgrade or downgrade if I ever needed and made me feel comfortable that I was making the right choice. Thanks again.
