I use to like this place but I find it not so good anymore . They should reimburse you if you move out 21 days early as they willMake money on the unit . 21 days early and was toldI don’t even get a penny back after spending close to 300.00On it . Unfortunately I’llDo business somewhere else and I def won’t recommend this place again nor I would use it . Lady on the phone didn’t even care about anything except ok good luck. . Some customer service so sad never again just lost another customer after using you for the 3 rd time and 7 months this time .

They used to be ok last year fell way off always have issues with elevators not working price going up and up heating sucks freezing in there definitely not temperature controlled more like turn it off.I have had multiple units for years there at least 10 years going on 11 maybe looking for better unit that cares about there clients that rent there wasn’t for people like us renting units they would be out of business so for the people hat work there show that you care a Little more goes a long way

This was the first time I ever needed a storage unit. Rosie was amazing! she is very friendly and explained everything in detail. The building is clean and well cared for. I am very happy with my decision selecting them and would highly recommend!

Complex in Middletown is clean and the office staff are a pleasure to work with! I have had storage units multiple times throughout the years and I keep coming back because of the quality of the facility and staff and they are competitively priced as well!
