Reworded the return policy at the counter to avoid a refund on a purchase of 2 books made 20 days prior. The policy states term deadline not add/drop period.

It’s fine to go get your books but I had a horrible experience with one bookstore worker. I asked for suggestions for where to sell/donate my used texts after they said they were unable to take them back (Side note: the books were in perfect condition/never opened books) She said “I don’t care what you do with them” She refused to give me any recommendations and was rude.
