The store is nice, the produce is fresh and their is a large selection of items. However the shop from home service is lacking. My last five orders had multiple missing items. One delivery order, I received half of my order and half of another person's order. The driver showed me the other order he had in the car and it was not my items. I called the store and they told me to keep the items that were not ours. Those items were three boxes of Minis cereal and applesauce - obviously meant for a child. We have no small children in our household. Today's pickup order had an entire bag missing and we had to make a second trip to pick it up.

The new store is amazingly spacious both inside and out: love it. It is very well kept and clean. There is plenty of spacious parking space as the current lot is much bigger than their previous location.

Cindy is terrible with customer service I instacart very often and she goes out of here way to harass me it is very aggravating I want to speak with a manager immediately about a complaint I just had a terrible experience at 9:10 pm and I need to speak with someone in reference to this interaction. This isn’t the first time so now I need to further this matter.

Best in class supermarket! I was stunned by the size, stock and beauty of this location. The multi grain loaf of bread I stopped in for was fresh and delicious.

The lady at self checkout was extremely rude and nasty. There is now a 20 item limit at self checkout even though there is only one regular register open with a big line. Not a single person was using self checkout but she turned us away with an attitude and made us go to the regular register because we had 24 items. Meanwhile she just sat there and played on the computer at self checkout with no customers.
If they are going to limit how many items you can get at self checkout maybe they should open more regular registers? I used to work retail for years so I always have extra patience and sympathy for fellow retail employees but this woman was so nasty to us that I was tempted to just abandon my cart of groceries. Instead I'll just never come back.

I worked here in 2021 when they were still across the highway. The managers were awful. The one manager John from Dairy, tried to make me do HIS part of the job and when I told him no and walked out, he told people I knew that I threw a U Boat and they fired me on the spot. Joke of a place with nothing but workplace drama.
