Fresh Food Market is a much-needed Asian market in the area, providing a bustling atmosphere and a wide selection of items not typically found in American supermarkets. It offers very fresh fish and meat at reasonable prices, along with a large selection of vegetables, fruit, and exotic seasonal items. The frozen fish and meat sections are huge, providing significant savings. Shoppers can find authentic dumplings, Japanese green tea, mochi, daifuku, ramen, other treats, and even kitchenware. The front also sells BBQ meat like roast duck and roast pork, which is noted as being out of this world. There is a large selection of medicinal supplements as well. The store is the right size to not feel overwhelming, with free parking and shopping carts available. It is located next to the Chinese restaurant. The staff is consistently described as friendly, helpful, sweet, and going above and beyond with their service. Some reviewers advise double-checking expiration dates and the appearance of items, as there have been rare instances of spoiled products like kimchi or expired goods. The store front can seem a bit sketch and dirty, especially at night, and the produce may not be as fresh as in larger chains. However, these are considered minor issues that do not outweigh the market's overall value, amazing experiences, and its role as one of the only Asian stores in the area.
Fascinating store for those of us that are excited to learn about Asian cuisine. They have authentic items from not only Chinese cuisine but also from other countries throughout southeast Asia. They even have whole durian :-P. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful.

One of the only Asian markets in the area that offer specific Chinese foods. I was happily surprised they made zongzi in June and they sell charsiu baos and other dim sum daily. Some months they make radish and taro cakes. Coming from NY where it's easily available, it was a pleasant surprise.
