Target in Middletown offers a wide variety of goods, making it generally easy for shoppers to find what they need. Customers appreciate the convenience of quick and simple shopping experiences, including options like drive-up pickup, which is described as fast and easy. However, the store faces some challenges. The front end is often understaffed, leading to long lines at self-checkout, as staff members are busy fixing issues or assisting customers. Additionally, it can be difficult to reach the store by phone, as calls tend to ring for a long time and then hang up without being answered. Availability of specific items can be inconsistent. For example, some shoppers find shelves empty, especially for targeted items like water filters, possibly due to high demand or seasonal stocking priorities. Despite this, customers generally find the staff helpful. One employee was praised for assisting with sales tax exemption forms, providing excellent support and stepping in to help at the register. Overall, Target offers a good shopping experience with a variety of products and helpful staff, but shoppers may encounter long lines, staffing shortages, and occasional stock issues, especially during busy seasons.
Parking other is horrible . Cars make the right as they come in it is specifically designated as a no turn. Handicapped parking is taken up by those with out of state plates no tags no n tickets. Ridiculous
