Never really have a problem finding what I need but front end is way under staffed you're pretty much forced to use self check out. Which makes the line super long because no one knows what they're doing, and if someone messes up an employee needs to come fix the problem. Also never try to call this store, they don't answer the phone. Called every department and it rang so many times the call just hangs up on its own.

Horrible customer service. Waited an hour for service in the tech area. All I wanted was to buy hp printer inc. I asked for someone to come no one came to unlock the shelf. Disgusting

I have been going to the middletown target since grand opening day.I went to school with a loss pevention employee at one point so i remember employees etc. The last 2 times ive gone into Target ive been followed by loss prevention the entire time ( both times i was alone once w. a cart and once without) its not hard to pick them out of the crowd since they are more obvious than a scooby doo villain. Im quite confused on why do i need to shop with this high alert anxiety because im being followed down almost every aisle. I used to love coming in and walking around for an hour browsing but now its insane. Cant enjoy looking without a shadow. I have never in my life have stolen from Any store and to be targeted the last 2 times is insane to me.At one point i ended up following the guy and he didnt no what to do and finally turned an took out his phone as i passed him but didnt think id turn around. Im so disappointed in my recent vists. do better. not everyone is a thief. By the way all my items were paid for. Anxiety sucks and it takes a good 10minutes just to get out of the car after parking because of it. Be Kinder

damn bags!!!!
I went shopping and to my surprise they didn't have bags for me to take my products home. So I asked for at least a cardboard box so I could take my purchases and they didn't have any either. How can a store of this size have thousands of products to sell and not have bags to sell so the customer can take their products home? This is absurd. It's disgusting. It's grotesque. Make some damn bags available so customers can buy and take their damn purchases home.

There was absolutely no items in the target spot. It seems that the Middletown store does not get many target spot items. Disappointing

Because it was fast and easy and I needed help I got it I located what I need it and I got out of the store quickly of course it rang up for a different price than what I looked at it online and all I had to do was show her my card from the Target store online and she quickly gave me the price that it was online

Very unhappy customer. I purchased a 3rd party gift card last night paid for it and got home and card was never activated. I went back to store and they gave me an 800 number to call. I went home and called the 800 number and they were not able to help me. I called back this morning and they still were not able to help me but said they see it was not activated. They were not able to refund me until it goes through the process. Meanwhile they took my money for purchase. I will never go or use target again fraud for gift cards. Take money and activation fees but don't give products.

Hunter at Exchanges and Returns was EXTREMELY HELPFUL to my church institution’s group while trying to figure out our sales tax exemption form. He did a great job stepping in to assist another associate and cashier to figure out our situation and help with the register system. We’re very grateful. Thank you, Hunter!

As usual, was able to cross a few items off my shopping list on my visit. However, found an empty shelf when I went to pick up my two pack of Up & Up replacement water filters. The filters were on sale at a great price, so I guess it should not have been a surprise (I was unaware of the sale, though).
I'm still giving five stars, because Target has an amazing variety of goods, and I did find the other items I came in for... it was my decision not to ask an associate if there were any more filters in stock, since I was short on time.
This was a planned trip, so I guess I should have looked online first, but did not anticipate an issue. I know this is a busy time of year for them, as well, and stocking water filters is probably last on their list, during Christmas season!
