Some of the worst customer service anywhere and completely unwilling to help. My cat was not eating and was going downhill. They said they were fully booked and wouldn't squeeze her in. She was put to sleep 3 days later. Meanwhile, she had been there before. Do not go to this horrible place

Such a wonderful experience from my initial dental cleaning phone inquiry to booking next year's visit. I was calling around a bunch of places and it was a no brainer take my money after my first conversation with the reception, took her time and explained all my options, pricing, and booking. My kitty was taking a while to recover from her dental and Dr saw her for a check up free of charge because I was concerned momma. Not going elsewhere unless I move states, amazing and caring staff and everyone did a great job creating a trusting atmosphere, thank you

Always a very professional and friendly atmosphere at this office. Dr. Campbell is compassionate and my cats are always at ease with her. She will exhaust all methods of treatment before moving towards expensive tests. Highly recommend this practice.

I came on here to give the exact same review as Soph M. The facility was highly recommended but unfortunately they aren't taking on new clients, not even for boarding. The receptionist was curt and dismissive. Offered nothing but silence after she said "we aren't taking new patients." I asked "not even for boarding?" Long silence as if I annoyed her. Don't bother with this place. I rarely write bad reviews but the receptionist rubbed me the wrong way. At least offer another facility. zero stars

Do NOT bother calling. When I moved, friends recommended them as an excellent place for cat care. Unfortunately, after trying in 2022 & 2023, I had two terrible interactions with this office. They were dismissive and rude. They aren't closing the practice anytime soon, but they haven't accepted new furpatients since 2020? There's only one Dr on staff. They don't have a waitlist whatsoever. Since they were highly recommended, I hoped they could share some reputable suggestions/alternatives, but they couldn't even offer that. Confusing & disappointing.
