Called and went through the phone tree to figure out their notary services. When you press 4 for the notary hours, it says you have to call the store and kicks you out. Called again and spoke with someone who assured me that someone would be there today until 430. I rearranged my afternoon so that my husband and I could meet and get this done. At the store we were told, I’m not sure who spoke to, they left at 12:30, blah blah blah. At least I got a “sorry.”

What’s up with the attitude of the young man with the dark hair? Went in Saturday, 12/28 to drop off 2 pre-paid packages and the guy barely acknowledged me, and practically threw the receipt at me which ended up on the floor. He turned his back and walked away and didn’t say a thing. Total miserable attitude. Not the way to treat a customer, especially when we have so many other options. I’ve used this location before and I never had a problem so I don’t know where they got this kid from. Hope the owner sees this and shows him how to behave in a professional manner.

Made a notary appointment online over 2 hours before the scheduled time. Got to the store only to be told that they don't have a notary there. They had plenty of time to call, email, or even text me to give me a heads up instead of wasting my time. Sent an email to the store when I got home Saturday and gave them a few days to answer with no response. Other UPS stores I've dealt with won't let you book when there is no notary available and I mentioned that to the young gentleman at the store and he said it doesn't work that way at this location. Also, when I walked in nobody acknowledged me right away even though there were no customers in the store. One employee was sitting down not even looking at the front door. Terrible customer service all-around.

Came in today 5 mins before closing (I know..I hate being “that guy” who comes in before closing too lol). I’m here all the time to return amazon stuff, and am always greeted with a smile and kindness. Today, however was a 6 star experience. Hala, the store manager, was running around organizing things before the store closed while also helping train a new hire. You could tell not only through Hala’s patience with the new staff member, but kindness to the customer ahead of me, that Hala is a great leader. She was patient, kind and calm in a world where that seems to be missing. Hala then had me scan my QR code to speed up my time in the store (while I didn’t mind waiting at all), and her desire to ensure I had a good experience at this location meant everything. You could tell she runs a great store, the place is always clean, the employees are always helpful and informative, but above all, she seems to foster a great working environment. Kudos to you, Hala!
