The Middletown NJ Rt. 35 post office constantly sorts the outgoing mail wrong. They consistently send outbound in state mail to the wrong sorting facility in Jersey City NJ. The correct sorting facility is Trenton, NJ for my area and for where the mail is being delivered. Just last week they sent an in state mail delivery to New York City, where it sat for 2 days. Then they sent it to Jersey City, NJ and then to Trenton, NJ. The next day they sent it back to Jersey City, NJ....the wrong sorting facility again. Now I have to wait for it to go back to Trenton, NJ, then finally to its destination....some day. USPS customer service is worthless. They have no information on anything. All they say is it will get to its destination at some point.

I had to ship a package overseas and was charged $114.85 for shipping. I filled out the paperwork and paid the shipping fee. I thought everything was fine. Two weeks later I get the package back. Written on the package is that I used the word toy instead of teddy bear and that was why it was returned. A play on words. I know that they scanned the package and saw just that. I went back to the post office and they wanted to charge me again for shipping even though the package never left N.J. I have no problem paying them for the state shipping but my package never left the state. I contacted customer service got canned answers and they wanted to pass the buck as being a customs issue not their problem. I have the whole conversation screen shot. I got prepackaged answers. Yes it is a post office issue because I paid the USPS not customs.. if there was an issue with the word toy they should of brought it to my attention to clarify before I paid. I believe the USPS owes me money since the package never left the state. I am not really appreciative of your not my problem attitude.. it is 100% your problem. Shipper beware of USPS scamming.

Biggest bureaucrats you'll ever come across short of MVC. Sit in line and watch them kick back packages and refuse to help customers while arguing with them. You'll better off at a smaller satellite office than here where they are polite and helpful.

Cherry is very rude and unprofessional. Refers to her co workers as the asian one or the ”opening her arms” one. Gets her co workers from the back to scold in front of everyone with a line building up for being helpful in previous transactions. Cherry smile, it makes a big difference. You are in an environment where a smile is beautiful.

I was treated inhumanely.The level of humiliation of how I was treated got the cops involved. I was yelled, cursed at, and kicked out of the premises by the whole team all because I was using my phone while waiting for my transaction to be done. I never thought people that have this much disrespect even exist. I was laughed at from the people in line because of the things that were said to me. They went on with disrespecting me.I will fight for my dignity rights. What happened was NOT okay and I will take proper steps to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.I tried to settle with the manager (I won’t mention the name) but he shut the door in my face saying, I won’t speak with “you” rather than hearing me out.

Got an email saying my package was here. Guy at the counter told me my package wasn't there despite failing to inquire any information about the package itself.Had to press the subject of the email saying my package was here all whilst this man was trying to shoo me along and tell me it wasn't there.He finally took my tracking number and the package was right behind the door behind the counter."Good thing you came here for your package"?? Good thing the email told me it was there despite you telling me I was wrong.At least I got my package!!Thanks a lot dude, hope you don't treat everyone like that!!
