went to get my passport photo. no clue who the lady was that helped but she had blonde hair & glasses and was very quick,nice and helpful with everything and i was out of there by 9:10. thank you!

Horrible experience. The person who serves is rude and despotic. I went to get a passport with my son and I do not recommend it. But if you are Spanish, do not go. The woman who serves is super racist.

Heard bad things but experiences good until today. Printed label at home for express envelope which they provide free. Label in hand, I grab correct envelope & ask for tape. Answer: none, but you can buy it! I said: hey if I just came here with the address, you'd print an adhesive label, right? YES! But it you print at home, which they encourage, you have to bring your own tape to use with their envelope. No flexibility. No efficiency. What happened to the friendly, local P.O.?

We recently had an appointment for new passports including photos. The associate who helped us promptly met with us at our scheduled time.
The associate was very professional, friendly and highly competent enabling the entire process to go smoothly. We appreciated her patience in answering all of our questions. 👍

Samantha is one of the rudest employees you’ll ever meet. Barely meeting job guidelines. Given appointment window between 10:15-10:30. Walked in at 10:20; turned away.

Must be the dumbest post office ive ever seen, 3 of my packages in the last 2 months have been delivered to the wrong house or seem to be missing. Customer service is a joke, you guys are horrible

You can't rely on the USPS for anything. It boggles my mind why the government wastes our money by shoving millions into this dead corpse of a service.
