I would avoid at all costs. I refinanced my auto loan just to get away from them. They are rude and have no clue what they are doing. They make false accusations with no proof to back it up and don't even apologise for it afterwards

I've had a checking account for years at this bank. No problems.

Worse bank I've ever dealt with. Applied for a business line of credit a year ago for future use. They charged me a fortune for an appraisal of my personal home. Used professionals that didn't know what they were doing. They couldn't even do a title search correctly as I had to supply many of the cancelled mortages or liens against my home. It was only for a measily 50 thousand dollars and I had to put two properties up for collateral. I planned on using the line of credit within the next two months as we just purchased a new property to relocate our business. But before I could ever use the credit line, the bank cancelled the credit line. Several months later I applied to refinance my home with Equity Now, I was easily approved and received an appraisal of my property $40,000 higher than Valley's appraisal. I would not recommend using Valley National Bank under any circumstances.
