Terrible management at this location. No response from the manager at this location nor the District Manager when communication was requested to resolve a serious issue.

It is crazy that lauren d is allowed to communicate with the public. No one goes to the pharmacy because they are feeling well, she not only has a terrible attitude but 0 empathy. She hangs up the phone at the drive through in your face and walks away, even when she is on the phone speaking with you she cannot be bother to answer any questions

Walgreens shareholders and C-Suite die a slow painful financial death.
This place barely has an actual Pharmacist, all kinds of items locked up.
Staff that might as well be slaves, "oh wait" they are you're slaves.
Please just put your store completely out of business and while your at it, just tank the company and leave the Garden State.
You lost, workers win.

A local drug store and convenient store I guess you can say they have prescription medications as well as over the counter items like vitamins, minerals, medical items such as blood sugar test kits, canes, crutches , etc, food items, paper products, water, they exchange propane tanks at a number of stores makeup, toys, health and beauty items, seasonal, greeting cards, pet products, photos, you can have invitations, thank you cards, and various items printed using photos off of a cell phone, you can drop off or pick up shipping items and there's a lot of other options of things that I have not even mentioned.
Come in and check it out the store you will be pleasantly surprised of all of the selections in each of their departments and they have a store card that you can accumulate points on that can be used towards your purchases.
What I don't like about Walgreens is the automated phone system especially when you are trying to reach the pharmacy 1) trying to speak to the pharmacy representatives 2) trying to refill your prescriptions it repeats incorrect information back to you @ times or will offer you a list of your prescriptions if you don't have the number on your prescriptions bottle @ the time of your call and it will say something like you have 12 prescriptions listed but you are only on like 4 prescriptions. 3) I don't like when I receive a phone call from Walgreens asking me if I need any prescriptions filled they originally filled the prescription so they should know when I would need a refill and I repeatedly stated to them that I will contact them whenever I need a refill and that I do not want to have any of the prescriptions on an automatic refill because if they fill one and my physician happens to change my prescription now I am stuck with a prescription that I am not longer taking. 4) I also receive phone calls from Walgreens asking if I want to have all of my prescriptions to all renew at the same time so I don't have keep returning to the store to pick them up in dribs and drabs A) no I don't B) the cost of all of the prescriptions at one time would cost a significant amount of money. C)
When you get a 90 day supply of your prescriptions and receive that for all of them at the same time where am I supposed to store all of them? And I asked what happenes if I have a prescription already and is not ready to be filled and I was told that they would give a few extra pills of that medicine but I would have to come back in to the pharmacy to pick up the remainder of the medication at another time so that kind of ruins the theory of getting all of the prescriptions at one time.
If more and more people go along with this you will have less and less people in your establishment which means that they are not buying your other products and low and behold you will be yet another business going out of business
Please STOP ALREADY with these types of phone calls especially when I have stated that those are things that I am not interested in it's like Walgreens is becoming a drug pusher so please put an end to these practices that you are doing and revamp the automated system you have to listen to about 2 minutes of the recording of the address, hours, lunch hours and so on before you get to make a choice for the department you are wishing to conduct your business with it's very annoying and time consuming.
5)Another dislike is one of your locations in Port Monmouth N.J.only has one pharmacist so the pharmacy hours vary from all of the other stores in the area and they are closed in the pharmacy section on the weekends, if you get to the pharmacy after 6:00 pm you are unable to get your prescription until the next day or on a Monday if you miss them on a Friday and if the Monday is a holiday you can not get your prescription until Tuesday. You need to hire another pharmacist and have uniform hours and days through out all of your locations

I went into this location today and purchased documents to be printed out. The documents were printed on the wrong paper and when I asked for it to be printed out on regular printing paper the manager told me this is the paper they use to print documents. I'm not sure if they had printing paper or not but this isn't the paper I wanted. You can't read the documents clearly. Then the manager was reading my personal documents which were private. Also I tried calling back to resolve this issue and someone picked the phone up and hung up then the second time the phone just kept ringing. The manager was on the phone the whole time and the store wasn't busy. The phone kept ringing and no one was answering it. Not going back to this location.

Employee Nate Fox was very rude to me and my friends while clocked in, also overheard him speaking rudely of customers and overheard the hard-r, when looking him up I found a video of Nate Fox yelling and repetitively saying the hard-r to passerby's. Shame on this Walgreens for having employees like this..

Terrible customer service. I ordered 40 dollars worth of pictures and when I went to pick up I was laughed at and told they don’t know how to do it and come back tomorrow. No apology no nothing. I would’ve went to a different Walgreens if they had just let me know prior to me going there to pick up. One of the names was Lisa. Don’t know the other ones name. So extremely rude.

The Pharmacy hours suck here. Very inconvenient. They should stay open as long as the store stays open. Hire another pharmacist. Have to take my business elsewhere. Hate I have to do this but I have no choice.
