Employee Nate Fox was very rude to me and my friends while clocked in, also overheard him speaking rudely of customers and overheard the hard-r, when looking him up I found a video of Nate Fox yelling and repetitively saying the hard-r to passerby's. Shame on this Walgreens for having employees like this..

Terrible customer service. I ordered 40 dollars worth of pictures and when I went to pick up I was laughed at and told they don’t know how to do it and come back tomorrow. No apology no nothing. I would’ve went to a different Walgreens if they had just let me know prior to me going there to pick up. One of the names was Lisa. Don’t know the other ones name. So extremely rude.

The Pharmacy hours suck here. Very inconvenient. They should stay open as long as the store stays open. Hire another pharmacist. Have to take my business elsewhere. Hate I have to do this but I have no choice.

Absolutely disgusted by the power trip this pharmacist Ann is on Calling the Board tomorrow. She literally made it her personal mission to not give me my thyroid meds. I have been out for almost a week, people die without thyroid medicine! She has been in talks with my office since last week and not only did she say he isn't qualified to give me my medicine she wants my bloodwork, uuuum ok, let's say that she has any right to do this she has been filling my script for over a year with no issues from the insurance company. There is NO excuse for someone who's thyroid does not function to be given the run around like this, she clearly does not want to come a solution.

Waited 15 to 20 min for someone to come to the register, just left items on counter and left. There was like no one there.

Wish I could give negative stars. I scheduled a PCR test here (30 minutes from my home) more than a week in advance only to show up during my time slot and be told by a very rude, uninterested attendant at the drive-through that "their system was down and couldn't send info to the lab." So she told me they are unable to do my PCR test. She offered me no solutions on what to do next and not even an apology. I was the one who had to ask her if they could call me once available. Needless so say, they never did. I asked why wasn't an email sent? Why wasn't I called beforehand to spare me the time of driving here? In this day and age of Covid, people have come to rely on these corporations and their tests to ensure they are safe and to help do their part to stop the spread of Covid and to help them get back to their daily lives. I would have even been willing to reschedule for the following day but that wasn't even offered to me. It is completely unacceptable to be so uninterested in finding a solution for distressed customers who rely on you for such an important service. Be wary of this Walgreens location.

You cancelled my Covid test for no reason wouldn’t let me reschedule wouldn’t answer the phone you’re all absolutely despicable putting so many people at risk and not even caring about the repercussions

I am very disappointed with Walgreens. I have booked my bosster shot appointment 2 weeks ago and drove 40 minutes to find out that the pharmacy is close. Why didn't anyone send an email? I was getting reminder the day before to get my vaccine at 4:30 on Sunday. I was not expecting this customer service from them.

I understand that this Walgreens pharmacy is severely backed up and understaffed, so I do not blame the people working there! However Walgreens corporation needs to fix this problem that has been going on for months; cutting hours did not help. For 5 days my prescription has been here waiting to be filled; I am now at the pharmacy and it was never filled so I have to wait again.. This is seriously concerning and very unprofessional. Shame on Walgreens for not sending help to this pharmacy during tough times. And if the pharmacy is already backed up on prescriptions by hundreds of them, maybe they should not be offering an array of Vaccines and Covid tests which are available elsewhere. I can only pick up my medication where my doctor sent it. I will say that the pharmacy staff is very polite and they're doing the absolute best they can.

Used to love this pharmacy. They went downhill and fast. They hang up on callers after waiting for 30 plus minutes. The one pharmacist, whom I've never seen before until recently, is not a nice guy. Something happened with this pharmacy and it's not for good. I'm never going back here which sucks because it's the closest place to me.

Scheduled a PCR test and received an email confirmation…only to arrive and learn the pharmacy is closed because they didn’t have staff. They never turned off the appointment scheduler nor bothered to contact all the people who were confirmed for a test who also showed up. They had 7 hours to do so. Then I was given the wrong phone number to call for help scheduling a new appointment. Either improve this location or just close it down. It looks abandoned anyway. You’re wasting people’s time.

Dina .. the manager? .. was exceptionally pleasant and most helpful .. she phoned another Walgreens to make sure they had the product I needed and had them hold it for me .. this despite the fact I rarely shopped there .. THAT will change .. thanks Dina and kudos.....

I used to like this pharmacy. No longer. They no longer care about their customers. The pharmacist that cared no longer has his picture up on the wall so I'll take that, along with two frustrating visits in a row, as my signs to go elsewhere.

This place is gross. Filthy, outdated, neglected and garbage all over the exit and parking lot. The floors are dirty bathroom was DISGUSTING!! I'm surprised Walgreens puts their name on this place, and I'm more surprised the board of health hasn't shut it down. This was my first time there.... and definitely my last.

Clean friendly seem to be following CDC Civid19 recommendations regarding mask and spacing. Their air ventilation system seems weak. I would not stay in there to long. Crank-up the vent-up and help prevent.
