I've noticed that some items aren't always available at this location, but over all I'm for the most part able to get everything I need during my shopping experience. Employees are kind and respectful. Today's Employee that helped me was Brooke. Had nothing but kind words to state my appreciation for her hard work.

Horrible staff for not only the pharmacy but the rest of the store! I was at self checkout and requested assistance since the item I was purchasing was too light for the sensor... pressed and unpressed the "request help" button over 10 times over the span of 5+ min and had to loudly say "can I please get some help over here" to finally have 1 of the 2 employees standing at the register chit chatting to actually help me. I intended to be in and out of that store in under a min but the lack of help and presence on the store floor needs to be addressed!!!!!

Always a massive line at the pharmacy. Hire more staff or speed up your process, everyone’s begging you— from the line.

RUDE. I literally stood online which the associate came behind the desk to answer the phone, then left to punch in a code on self check out, then went and spoke to someone on the sale floor - meanwhile did not say one word to me. If you don’t feel like ringing and don’t want to provide those services you need to A) tell your paying customer or B) but a sign that all your registers just so happen to be closed and the only option of self check out. This comes down to management. Associates attitudes need to be in check. It’s unacceptable to be in customer service and not even mutter the words hello to a PAYING CUSTOMER. If you were watching the cameras from the back you would have just seen all of this happen. Be the difference. Be present with customers and managing associates. They can easily ruin your store under your nose. I only have this place 1 star because it wasn’t an option to give it 0.

I have never seen such a bad passport photo service in my life. I paid $50 for a dark, poorly taken photo with completely low pixels, using an ancient camera. I also paid $18 for the digital photo, and although I insisted that USB was not suitable for the MacBook port, I was convinced that it was. I came home and couldn't even get my digital photo onto my MacBook. Because its input was not compatible. We are in the 21st century. But I've received worse photoshoot service than 50 years ago. I took my passport photo myself at home. I was able to shoot with five times better quality. I think you should only sell medicine.

This CVS is horrible. They have a driveup window that's never open.Its useless. They say they are going to open the driveup window but never do it. Bad service, long lines , rude people. Stay away from this place .

This store is one of the more poorly managed CVS stores I’ve been to. The drive thru is always closed due to staff shortages. The line at the pharmacy is often very long at all hours. Avoid going between 4pm and 6 pm if you value your sanity. They need to reconfigure their floor plan and staffing plan to accommodate their customer base. I think they grossly underestimated the volume this pharmacy would have. Adding another self-checkout wouldn’t hurt either considering one of the two seems to always be down.

The pharmacy staff is professional, efficient and friendly. They try to accommodate their clients as busy as they are. High compliments to Marcie, who is consistent in her support and help going beyond what is expected. She is knowledgeable, intelligent, and genuinely cares . She helps no matter how small or big on any issue.CVS should encourage the newer younger staff to follow her lead. CVS should reward acknowledge employees of this caliber. Wakeup and appreciate. Overall the pharmacy is quite busy and the staff works to accomplish. Pleasant.

The CVS pharmacy horrible. They received a prescription for 3 pills a day for 7 days and they just give me 7 pills and then they blame it on the doctor. Never called the doctor regarding the conflict. Total incompetence.We'll never use them again

One of the slowest CVs in the area. The pharmacy is worse then the dmv. I would recommend the cvs in Wyckoff. They are much faster and have more then one employee at the register. Can't we replace them all with self checkout yet? Pills sort out and it drops out of a bin, swipe your card and your good. Just saved CVs millions in pharmacists salaries.
