I ordered an arrangement of flowers with a vase and a box of chocolates for my sister-in-law who lost her 47 yr old son and our nephew. It was the most beautiful. Thank you Victoria. You are the best. You offered great service, very kind and caring at a difficult time. God bless you.

Ordered 4 arrangements to be delivered to my doctors. One arrived in less than stellar condition. We notified Diane at the Westwood store and she had a replacement sent out the next day which was absolutely perfect. Thanks for the amazing customer service.

We ordered a small birthday bouquet for a 7 year old girl who is hearing impaired. She had a birthday party and loves fruits. My son picked out a bouquet. We ordered online and went to pick up the day of the party as requested. The store was closed ( even though the store hours said 10am -3 ) my pick up was for 10:30. I called to let customer service know and they did not want to give me a refund. They asked me to take pictures of the store? This is so unacceptable. No one from the store called me. No one from customer service called and I had to make a big deal to get my money refunded by calling a second time and complaining. Awful.

This store is just a scam. The delivery service is so bad. So, one time I had a delivery guy, he was so nice. Then I asked him something about the order and he told me that he works for uber not for the store. So, the tips i put for the delivery the store took and have to give the delivery guy tips. So, I was scammed.Since I am a lawyer I am going to have legal action. Also, I will be calling Uber support for this scam. NEVER BUY AGAIN.

They are steeling my money, because they send uber drivers to me and I pay my tips to the driver but they get the tips instead. I am going to call uber because that’s a scam.I can see now why people is complaining about the delivery service.

Terrible customer service. 1st and last time ordering from the Midland Park, NJ location. Placed an order at 7 am before store opened. Stated that it will be delivered to a business. Called store at 3:30 and was told my ticket didn’t specify it was going to a business. Mins later I get a text my basket is being shipped for delivery.Called the store back and spoke to manager “Jay” and he stated that I was suppose to put a certain time for delivery somewhere on the site.

Gave moldy strawberries for valentines day. Would not give refund and customer service was rude and unapologetic. Evidence was even shown to them of the mold and they still came back at me with snarky, condescending and blatantly rude comments.Will never be buying from this establishment again. Dont waste your money. Order from somewhere else where they ACTUALLY care about their customers.

Picked up my order got it home my wife opened all the fruit was soggy and over ripe tried to get a refund with no luck.Called the corporate office as I was told by the manager no one picked up worst customer service.

A store employee kept calling after hours to reschedule a delivery order, suggested that I pick up the order myself on multiple occasions even though I had paid for delivery services for the gift and am not local to the area (delivery location was down the street); refund still pending. Do not order delivery items from here their driver is forever stuck in traffic, multiple days in a row.

I was told my arrangement would deliver on Saturday and my daughter didn't receive it till Sunday night! I had to call 2x on Sunday to see where it was.

They’re saying they close at 7pm on the website and on Google they close at 8pm meanwhile I placed my order at 4pm and they cancelled it because they can’t deliver it the same day, false information and waste of time and I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my refund
