“I always enjoy stopping by the store and visiting with the owner while looking for holistic food, treats and grooming needs for my dogs. They also have other options for order such as pick-up and online. The communication is great with text messages for any availability changes or updates. I discovered the store after watching the Netflix movie, "Pet Fooled" and looking for a specific brand of holistic grain-free or raw food and this store had it. They have tons of options and always willing to help or guide you into finding something. It's the Whole Foods market for pets :)”

“If I could rate this store more than 5 stars I really would! I came across this place as they were advertising Santa pictures (for free might I add) and they came out so cute! Immediately after entering the store I was greeted by Erin, Brenda and Kim who were the friendliest, kindest, most helpful working employees I have ever met. I really need to highlight Erin and Brenda for a moment to give you an accurate understanding of why I am so appreciative of them! My senior pug does not do well with walking on the floor so I went to go pick him up and as I picked him up he started to pee in the air like a newborn baby totally going in the direction of her about to completely drench her and thank god missed. I was soooo embarrassed and Erin and Brenda could not have made me feel more comfortable and laughed it off with me! As if that was not enough, my dog proceeded to pee down the whole aisle as I was reading ingredients in treats!!! Again, Erin and Brenda to the rescue totally laughing it off and cleaning it up with no ounce of aggravation or irritation. Brenda held my Rosie on the leash while I paid at the register and Erin helped bring all my stuff to the car! I am so overly impressed with their customer service and knowledge of their products. Erin was able to recommend a powder to add to my dogs diet for senior nourishment. I'm very pleased with this establishment and truly hope they continue to thrive and cannot wait to return soon!”

“We went to the Fish Hut yesterday and I had no idea looking from the outside what to expect. It is fantastic!!! Everything from your aquarium staples, plants, hard scape, food etc to amazing fish and fabulous staff to help. I have to say all the tanks were clean and I did not see a dead fish in any of the tanks I looked at. It's a thing for me, I see too many dead fish I don't buy from that store. After 50 years in the hobby I know that happens but I don't think customers should see dead fish decomposing. To me that shows no care. Not here, not when I was there. They keep their male bettas in larger bowls in clean water and I'm pretty sure I saw females together(sorority ) in tanks with plants. Now they have your usual fish, mollies, platys etc etc, all beautiful BUT they have a huge choice of Apistogrammas for those who search for these beautiful little cichlids. They have quite the choice of African cichlids, South American cichlids, beautiful Angels and so much more. They also sell tanks and stands, I think at fair prices. It's anywhere from 45-60 minutes from Brooklyn but we'll worth the ride.”
“Friendly staff, had some good sales. Got several toys for my dog under $5. They sell Primal Pet Food, which is a plus for me. This Pet Supplies Plus offers the Primal Goat Milk in all of the flavors that my local Pet Supplies Plus store does not have, so I am glad I can try those.”

“I LOVE this store! Has more than just the basics. Its so close to my home, I could throw a rock and hit it ? They have a great selection of dog and cat food at competitive prices. Staff is friendly and have also been super helpful. Definitely reccomend going to PLO over tge big chains. Parking is super easy and uou don't have to wait around for a space. “Today was my first time at Fur the love of pets. What a welcoming environment from the moment you enter and are greeted by John. My little Yorkie, Riley, is one of those in constant motion. Lisa was her groomer and was fabulous and on point with everything. Her haircut was perfect. Also, I love that the dogs aren’t crated and might I say, this is the first grooming salon that I’ve ever been to that does this. I’ve already booked Riley’s second appointment. If I could give 10 stars, I would.”

“I live in Fair Lawn, NJ, never San Francisco. Jennifer consistently makes my dogs clean and fresh. She gives haircuts that. She makes the dogs look consistently great. She has a gentle touch., and does her best not to cut the hair too short, even when I have not combed them enough between visits. I can only say positive things about her techniques and also, Jennifer's kind and friendly manner. My doggies love her!”

“I had an urgent surgery scheduled last minute and didn’t have anyone to care for my dog. Manor Crest Kennel took him in on a last minute basis, at a reasonable affordable price, and took great care of him. I have an intact large dog that is good with people but not other dogs and struggled to find a facility that would even have the means to take him, never mind that had availability and wasn’t an absurd amount of money. I was able to leave detailed feeding and care instructions for the kennel while a friend dropped off my dog. They were able to handle feeding him his raw food diet and accommodate his need to not be allowed around other dogs. My dog came home happy and the owner only had good things to say about him which is always nice. I can’t say enough good things about them and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you again Manor Crest Kennel for giving me peace of mind during and extremely difficult time and taking such good care of my dog! (picture is of my dog at the park after being picked up, this is not the kennel location and he was not taken off grounds by the kennel)”

My son loves coming in this store to buy treats and new toys for our pups. Our pups recently had a birthday and we put together the cutest little basket for them. We always receive a warm welcome and there’s always someone available to help with any questions. Even when my toddler insists on paying-the cashiers are kind and patient while he counts. :)”

“I went to Pet Valu in Dumont, NJ for the last two weeks on separate occasions and the sales associate "Mike" assisted me. I wish I could clone him for every merchant experience in person and online. Mike was extremely helpful from product knowledge, walking me through every step with new food for my Shorkie (Yayyy) too suggestions with harness and leashes, and coming up with the BEST resolution! Pet Valu you also have another amazing sales associate I believe her name was "Tae or Tate" she has an AMAZING smile that lights up the store along with her patience, product knowledge, mannerism and suggestions.
