I called ahead to ask for the price of an all-over hair color and was given one price over the phone. I confirmed and booked the appointment, and the person I spoke to was helpful and scheduled me for the next day.
At the appointment, the stylist was kind, and I clearly explained and even showed a photo of the color I wanted. I specifically said I didn’t want a dark base and definitely not a reddish tone. However, the final result was a very dark brown — completely different from what I asked for.
Additionally, after washing my hair, they didn’t dry it, and I left with dye all over my ear and my piercings stained dark brown, which I had to clean myself.
To top it off, the price I was charged was higher than what I was originally told over the phone.
Overall, this was disappointing — both in the result and the experience. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this salon to others.

I would love to keep her as my best kept secret, but everyone should know about Katie— both the quality of work she achieves and the positive impact she has injected into this world.
Artists like Katie are hard to find and I was one of the luck ones to discover her.

I asked for a specific hairstyle and she told me that it's a bride's hairstyle and that it would cost 200 dollars, it was simple curls... I explained that no one would outshine the bride but she said we'll do something simpler. The hairstyle that she did didn't even hold for an hour and the curls were at the end of my hair. Same happened with my sister's hair. My hair looked half straight and half somewhat curled. Although the volume at the top of my hair wasn't that bad, that's the only thing I liked. Having to charge 70 dollars for this is wild. I was so disappointed with the outcome. I wouldn't recommend coming here for a hairstyle.

Katie is truly the best! I went to her for the first time after trusting all her positive reviews and she was fabulous! I love my haircut; however, I also loved her! Katie took time to talk with me before and then we just had the best time chatting away while she gave me the best cut I have ever had. The blowout and styling was great too! I have found my new spot for sure! I have to add that everyone in the salon was friendly. I felt very comfortable and welcome.

Brenda is exceptionally talented & patient with her clients
She aims to please her clients and shows great warmth when she greets us!
For that is the main reason I continue to go there. A smiling face, a warm heart goes a long way and the icing on the cake is that she is highly skilled!!!!
