“I needed window screen replacements and could not get the assistance I needed until trying the window department at this Home Depot. The manager was knowledgeable and accommodating and went above and beyond to meet my needs. The service rep who assisted me with the screen repair was also amazing. I tried four stores and various online business and not one of them could assist me with my screen replacements. This Home Depot, and especially the window department, will be the one I shop at when needed even though there are stores closer to my home. One more thing worth mentioning ... I fully expected to look around and wait for a sales rep as I have at every store I previously visited. If you have ever felt like the service rep who finally arrives is doing you a favor just being there and is a bit annoyed with your lack of repair knowledge then you get what I'm saying. Not at this Home Depot in the window department. A+ "old school" service that saved me time and a lot of money.”
