“Today I stop in this branch to try to set up auto pay on my car loan that I’ve been struggling with setting up. The two women at the window were excellent. Not only did they answer my question and supply me with the forms, but they actually filled out the form for me and just asked me to sign it to make sure that everything would go nice and smooth with the transaction.As if that wasn’t enough customer service when I went to leave, the second woman asked for my phone number and said that they wanted to follow up with me in a few days to make sure that everything they process was completed and then I was all set.On top of this every customer that either walked up to the window or that drove up to the drive-through while I was there was recognize by these two women who referred to the customers by their first names.In this day and age, I can’t believe the excellent customer service that I received from these two women. I only wish that I lived closer to that branch so that I could work with them all the time.I am in retail, and would gladly have both these women work for me however, I didn’t even ask because they seem very happy in the current position.”

“Lovely bank. After being with a well known, big bank for decades, I decided to try a more local bank. From the first time I called to set up an appt to open an account with them, I was pleasantly surprised. A real person, Leena, actually answered the phone in less than 3 rings. There was no automated system with a bunch of options to finally get to a live person. I had spoken to Leena over the phone and when I walked in for my appt, I was greeted with a smile and by my name. She quickly set up my accounts and answered all my questions. I’ve since returned a few times for other transactions and always greeting by a warm welcome and smile from the staff. Leena somehow still remembers my name! I’ve dealt with Bobbie for deposits and opening a CD and she is always such a pleasure to work with. It is such a different experience compared to the bigger banks. A better experience. I highly recommend this bank.”

“If you have any other bank - leave them now and go to PNC!!! Unlike other banks - PNC let's you know right away if your account is withdrawn and allows you to make a deposit that day to cover the balance. Even if overdraft fees show up - run to PNC and they will be removed as long as you cover the amount needed. So far I have saved hundreds of dollars by PNC's early warning system. I love this bank- they treat you like you are human.”

“I highly recommend this particular Wells Fargo! The staff are extremely helpful, and always nice to my boyfriend and me. In the past year we went through the grueling process of attempting to purchase a house, and as stressful as that situation was, they did their best to help us through the whole process. They were always very kind and patient with us, which meant a great deal to us both. Recently I was added to my boyfriends account, and the whole experience beginning to end with this Wells Fargo really surpassed my expectations, as they were more than accommodating; and their willingness to go the extra mile cemented my decision to finally bank with them. One of the regular tellers (I’m so sorry, I wish I remembered her name!) and the banker Kelly made us an appointment somehow even with our difficult to sync up work schedules. Not only did they find an appointment for us, but they found one quickly as well. Kelly is both professional and courteous. She really knows what she’s talking about, and she explains everything really well. She even called me just to follow up and make sure that everything went okay with me being added to the account, receiving my debit card, etc. That just really stood out to me. The whole process felt seamless, and I honestly can admit that I was more than skeptical that it would be this easy. While I am no stranger to the fact that sometimes situation‘s with banking can be frustrating, it helps immensely when the employees at your bank actually try to help you, and actually seem like they WANT to help you. I cannot praise them enough for making our experiences consistently so pleasant. Previously I had always banked with PNC, and I always felt like every interaction I had with them I was an inconvenience or like I was bothering them. Especially the one on third Street in Easton. I know I made the right decision switching banks, and I want to say a huge thank you to everybody there! Plus as a sidenote, their custom debit card feature for the checking account is awesome! And it’s free, no really it’s free! I just thought that was worth pointing out”

“I think this is the first time I have ever reviewed a bank before. Typically, I don't think I would but the experience I had there was outstanding. First, they were bought out by Santander Bank earlier and the name on Yelp needs to be updated. When done with this, I'll send them a note. My mother banks here and asked me to help her with her accounts and go through the Safety Deposit Box. She has a regular banker she uses (whose name escapes me right now). As soon as we entered, she was approached by her banker and given what seemed like a very sincere hug. We went through her accounts which were all in order. Then, we were taken down to the vault where we had as much time as we needed to go through everything. For fun, much of what we found were historical documents about our family - it was really great and emotional at the same time. When we were finished, we had a number to call so they could let us out. But, this is about the bank. I was very happy with the experience. I don't know anything about Santander but I must say the experience felt like this was a small, locally-owned bank who really cared about their customers. I'm glad my mother has a bank to work with that cares about her so much. Thank you for your great customer service,”
