“I've had nothing but great experiences with this bank. I had my first savings account there when I was a kid and remember them being very family friendly. Although I've long moved out of the area, I recently had an experience that reminded me how customer friendly Sussex Bank can be. My parents (both elderly), recently experienced financial difficulties and required five years of back bank statements. The bank's policy is $5 per page- which seems kind of high, yet other larger banks in the area charge upwards of $7. I called the bank and explained the situation to the manager, Robyn. Within a week, she had all the statements my parents required and for a fee that is reasonable for an elderly couple on a fixed income. Throughout the process, the manager and employees at the bank were accessible, professional and understanding. I could not imagine getting this kind of service at some of the larger banks in the area, and I appreciate all they did!”

“I needed to get a document notarized so I came here because it was the closest bank to my job and I only had an hour-long break. I was taken care of by a banker named Al. He was very personable, but came off very sales-y when trying to get me to open an account there. It's conveniently located in the same parking lot as a strip mall and there's a Shoprite and CVS across the street so if you're from the area, getting your errands done within a mile radius is easy peasy.”
