He has been doing this type of work for 40 years and he knows his stuff. Yes, they can be short staffed at times. It is a small business! Can they sometimes be rushed and grumpy? Maybe, but aren't you sometimes? If you want love, get a puppy. If you need an appliance, call them, and God help us all on the day that your only choice is Best Buy or Home Depot.”
