Not at all impressed with this location. For the third time in as many months, a parcel scheduled to be delivered in Milford NJ was tracked *IN MILFORD* at the post office less than a mile from my home, yet by the next day was hours away at some other NJ distribution center rather than being delivered on time. Either the sorting at Milford is automated and the machinery that does so needs a thorough going over, or else it is sorted by human beings, in which case it smacks of carelessness at best. Whatever the problem is, it’s unacceptable for the price of Priority Mail for parcels to be going in circles, making multiple trips through Newark or some other distribution center, before they arrive days late at the destination.

I've lived in Milford my whole life. The USPS in town in an institution, with employees that are always kind and helpful. Thankful for all their hard work, despite not even being able to get basic funding.

A nice little community post office. The folks there greet you with a smile and engage in happy banter. I hate having to stop my life to go to the post office for anything but at least at that location the visit is always quick and pleasant, though I wish there was ample parking .

I love the people that work here. I love how helpful alot of them are. I forget my key often to my po box and they get my mail for me. I moved to area that doesnt get mail and the worker helped me so much set up the po box

Worst post office ever. The people behind the counter don't even know what customer service means. They are rude and down right disrespectful. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

This post office is terrible. I ship to my house where i grew up and parents still live and they wont even knock on the door to leave packages they just say that they are unavailable. Im tired of this.

My favorite post office. Friendly and helpful staff. Plus, our postal carrier(s) deliver our mail, even during terrible snow storms.

Whenever it snows, the carriers send out notices that they won't be delivering the mail. The funny part about this is that they put those notices in your mailbox (which I guess is easier than putting your actual mail in the mailbox). Many neighbors have called to complain, but the postmaster just doesn't care about the low delivery rate.
