I get pedicures regularly, and generally go to Kim's in Maplewood Village. A few months ago, Kim's made me wait a very long time while taking other patrons first, and I decided to try another place for a change.
I drove to downtown Millburn and walked into Ambrose Salon, who immediately took me. Unlike Kim's, the Ambrose pedicure chairs provided a vibration and consistent water temperature with bubbling water. The pedicure chair offered a rolling massage good for up to 30 minutes, which was very relaxing.
My pedicurist took her time in giving me a regular pedicure ($30), complete with a heel soak bag in oil which was used while she polished my nails. The pedicures I get at Ambrose last me more than 3 weeks, much longer than any other pedicures in the area. I highly recommend them.

Ambrose is an outstanding nail salon-- they truly give the best pedicures! In other places, they don't really do the scrubbing and removal of dead skin nearly as effectively. In fact, my husband and I avoid getting pedicures at home in Philadelphia and wait to be in the Millburn area

The only nail salon that I frequent. I feel like many nail salons are inconsistent but my nails after Ambrose are always perfect! I make sure to schedule an appointment in advance because sometimes you can't be squeezed in. Everyone knows it's a great place to go!

Amy is an artist! She gave me a perfect gel fill and manicure. I feel like I've wasted years and money on all other salons lol I'm never leaving Ambrose as long as Amy is there.

My favorite nail salon ever! Appointments are always on time, great UV gel manicure. Amy runs a great shop and values your business. Love the hot stones with the pedicure.

Great, pretty, and fast gel mani pedi. This place may be tucked away but is definitely worth it. Small but mighty may be the best to describe it. Reservations are a must!
