I went there today because I’m having an issue with my phone that I got few years ago by AT&T. I have a different phone carrier now but because the phone was purchased with AT&T they had to help me with this issue. I just want to thank Taz who kindly help me, spent two hours of his time calling back and forth to customer care support. If you are planning to get a new phone at AT&T he is the person you need. Amazing customer service, kind and helpful. Thank you Taz!!

I want to update my previous review—after a frustrating moment, I initially left negative feedback, but I have to give credit where it's due. Miguel and a young team member completely turned things around with their excellent service and attitude. On top of that, a personal call from the manager made me feel truly valued as a customer. It’s rare to see that level of care. Thank you for taking the time to make things right—I'm genuinely impressed now!

Tahsin took care of us when we visited the AT&T store at Short Hills.He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He helped us pick the right product for us quickly and efficiently. If we have other concerns or purchases in the future we will definitely go to Tahsin. Thank you for the great customer service.

Taz was amazing to us! we needed his help to figure out our phones after they were stolen on holiday and he quickly activated us on new phones and gave us all the information to support with insurance/ apple support! Out of stock of iPhones. Rep was very helpful. He tried his best to locate an iPhone plus for me before Xmas. Thankyou so much for going above and beyond for me.Unfortunately I still need a blue iPhone plus.
