I had a wonderful experience today at Blue Mercury in Millburn. I was interested in the advent calendar and Joyce helped me and went through each product with me and letting me try them in store to make sure the products were a good fit for me. You’re definitely getting your moneys worth for the blue mercury advent calendar this year ! I ended up buying that and a few other things. Joyce was great and didn’t make me feel intimidated .

Came in with my mother in law on Mother’s Day and had the pleasure of being helped by Jessica. Jessica was so sweet, attentive and patient with us. Would make the trip back to be helped by her again!

I walked into the store looking to buy a couple of Skinceutical products as it's the closest store to me and I usually come here to buy skinceuticals. One of sample bottle is empty so I asked the store associate if she can get a new sample bottle for me to try. She was very reluctant, said to have to ask manager, then came back said no. So I walked out the store and made my purchases at another store. Awful customer service.. that's how you lost business.

Love a classy, upscale and clean makeup store then here you go!! Save this store. They carry a lot of toxin free makeup or clean beautyValerie the store manager was such a pleasure to deal with. She understands the customer and has very extensive knowledge on products she recommended a specific supergoop sunscreen. She made me try lipstick combo that was fantastic . If you love Indilee and they have a very good range of product as well

Have been to this location in Millburn several times. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Each time I walk in the store I have been greeted and asked if I needed help. I have been helped by both Mike and Valerie and both provided excellent customer service.

Fabulous experience due to the fabulous Valerie! Upon walking in, she greeted every customer with her beautiful energy and positive vibe.
