Account was restricted because Joint account holder (mom) needed to be verified. Visited the Millburn office. Spent all of two minutes there and they said all is good. They were too busy setting up ice-cream bar to take careof thi properly. All was not good because account is still restricted. After calling 800 number, was told they still needed two items. Avoid this office if possible.

It seems like this branch closed down, I walked in today and everything was just torn down from the inside. But Charles Schwab has not updated anything and they still say that this Millburn branch is open

I went in today from a recommendation from a friend. Very cold service from the 2 males at the front desk. They seemed definately like walk up bank tellers. I really felt like I walked into a judgemental building. I will be looking somewhere else to invest mine chump change and wonder if a woman would of treated me differently. Santander has given me a definately upscale service with some of mine other finances,this person just bad mouthed them. Get a grip on professionalism!!!

wanted to setup an appointment - impossible - they ask you for the name of an advisor - nobody assigned to the front desk? this means low level of customer service - is this the new schwab after the merger?

Went on a Wednesday around 3PM. Waited half an hour to deposit a check. They deposited the check in the wrong account. On the plus side, they did have refreshments for guests.
