Excellent experience, even with a hiccup. I needed a unit with a garage-style door, and with a phone call, the change was made. Loading bays mean that you can move your stuff in any weather, and there were sufficient carts to accommodate multiple customers. Unit is clean, facility is well lit.

My storage was well kept, temperature-ideal, clean and easy to access. Never had to worry about water damage. Staff was great to deal with.

Very clean and easy to use. However raised prices from $80/mo to $130/mo. Not worth it when it’s almost double.

Extra Space Storage is far cry the best storage company I've been with. I've been there from 2017 downsized units 3 times. Brook, Milton and Wyatt were always so helpful even to the point of helping us move an item. They are flexible with their options. The place is well cared for, very clean and you don't have to worry about vandalism.

So far we've had a good experience signing up and getting the best deal locked in for the year. Only issue I had was having to bring my DL in person because of how their database works. So it wasn't 100% completed online. Very friendly staff, Wyatt, Maria and Milton have shown excellent professionalism thus far.

Wyatt was extremely helpful! The facility is very very clean and conveniently located. Rates are competitive. I highly recommend the Extra Space Storage in Millburn.
