I bought 3 shoes from footlocker last week. Had gone to the store with my daughters. Staff was almost hostile (why are you bothering us kind of attitude). I visited the store because I like Shorthills mall…will never visit footlocker again. If I could, I would give zero stars.

Absolutely do not recommend. The store was a mess, the staff had terrible attitudes, and no one seemed to know what they were doing. I spent 15 minutes going back and forth about sizes, and then the girl who was supposedly bringing out my size had to stop and ask someone the name of the shoe. To top it off, I bought a hat and later realized the security tag was still attached. Terrible experience. (The cashier was named Nevaeh btw, literally miserable)

Was watched like a hawk when I entered but No one wanted to help me cause I was black. Dont shop here if your a person of color.

This store is in chaos. No one is helping customers. Checking stock took forever and finally Nothing in stock. Really surprised this store can still exist in shorthill mall

I wish I can give this store ZERO stars. Bad costumer services. The cashier name (Navaeh)had a nasty attitude. My son asked her about the military discount that they offer and she just gave him attitude and basically refused to help him. Its a shame how you treat your costumers. I usually never leave bad reviews, but this time, the way they treated my son it was just a horrible experience. I will never never buying from this store again. And I will pass the massage until this store changes their workers.

I had such a bad experience the cashier with the red long braids had such a bad attitude refused to give me my receipt just because I didn't want to share my email address not coming back here

If I could leave a 0 star rating, I would!Let’s begin with the in store experience.It took a while for me to be greeted or asked if I needed help. ( There were no other customers in the store at the time). One employee appeared to be on the phone and the others aimlessly having a conversation that did not involve sneakers.I encountered three employees -A Caucasian male with glasses, black male with a stocky build , and Latino male that rung up my purchase. Not one of them checked to ensure the sizes matched. Which leads to a greater issue- me finding today that the shoes were - different ! I had 2 left shoes ! One shoe a size 4! Another shoe a size 2!Moreover, I live in Philadelphia! 2 hours away! Aside from me needed the shoes tonight - when I contacted the store to share with them the problem. Justin ( Associate Manager supposedly) expressed he was unsure of the procedure when customers check out! I restated what he said to me and Justin goes on to say he is not the head manager. I asked when the head manager would be in- he proceeded to express he didn’t know !The conversation continues and literally went no where ! I recommend training of all staff including those In management! I look forward to speaking with Ryan ( the head manager ) to resolve this issue and huge inconvenience!Who would think that purchasing boots would be such a challenge ??♀️! Either way - don’t waste your time patronizing this store. Go somewhere else!!!
