Went in on a whim and the staff was incredibly helpful. They made great suggestions and were very accommodating. Unfortunately one pair didn't work (damn heat and swollen feet LOL) so I brought them back and again, the customer service was fabulous. Highly recommend!

They do not stand by their products. I do not a retailer that does not stand by their private label products. I purchased several pairs of shoes recently and they were not willing to even discuss a solution for one of the pairs that are completely uncomfortable and unwearable. They said go to the shoemaker and see if they can help you.
