Never in my 60 plus years have I experienced such poor customer service starting with the associate Alex that helped me in store (who sent my item to my home instead of to the store for pickup as discussed) It is close to 3 weeks later and I still have no idea where my item is! I’ve made 4 phone calls to customer service who promised to “get this figured out and let me know by the end of day” and never followed through. For a company so well known I am shocked that they allow customers to be treated this way. Totally disrespectful that I am no further in knowing where my item (paid for in December) is.

Always a great experience shopping here, kind and helpful staff. Had an issue with my wallets material peeling at the bottom. I only had it for about 2 years. They looked me up in the system and packaged it and sent it out for repairs same day. They told me the repairs dept would let me know if it was covered or not. I got a text 2 days later saying it would be covered free of charge.

My husband bought me Gucci slides for Christmas a couple of years ago, but they didn't fit, so I returned them to Gucci and received a gift card in exchange. As I recall, I asked the salesperson whether the gift card would expire, and they told me that it would never expire. The salesperson wrapped the receipt around the gift card and placed it within a black gift card envelope. In 2024, I decided to use my gift card at Short Hill Gucci in New Jersey and was informed that the card had been reissued and my card was no longer valid. In any case, the card was returned to another individual who claimed it... I was very confused as to how the sales person could have given me a card with someone else's name on it, but I returned it immediately after Christmas so I assumed it was just an honest mistake. The Gucci store at Short Hills mall provides me with the name of the person who received my gift card. The name was the same as that of my childhood friend, so I contacted her to inquire about the card, but she had never visited Gucci. My friend reached out to Gucci and tried to resolve this confusion on my behalf after numerous calls to the headquarters and different sales representatives/ managers promising to send us a new card I was told I do not own the card and they can no longer discuss this matter with me.. Excuse me! So I asked if my husband can request a new card ( since her purchase the original gift) and I was told that he to no longer has ownership to the gift card and the owner is a lady with the same name as my childhood friend that lives in New York. The manager at Gucci claimed to have called her and she verified that the card was hers(although I have the original receipt of the exchange gift and the original gift card). The people at Gucci refused to even track the card from the original purchase day to when it was returned. So I now understand that Gucci is a awful brand and I wouldn’t advise anyone to spend their money there nevertheless get a gift card from them . They refuse to do their job. $1,000 is a lot to loose but not enough to pay for the anxiety and stress I endured attempting to get my gift card back! DO NOT SHOP AT GUCCI! Especially Short Hills Mall Gucci in New Jersey!

I have a leather Gucci bag that turned color and Marissa helped repairing the bag. It was a seamless process. She kept me informed about when to expect the bag to return. She contacted me right away when it came back into the boutique. As I have to watch the baby, she offered to ship the bag to me via FedEx. She was very attentive and professional. Gucci truly surprised me with this level of customer service!

I’ve been a customer of this store for many years but now I’m done with them and Gucci in General. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in the high end store.I’ve been calling them for 2 weeks, several times a day regarding an issue that I have and every time they assure me that someone will get back to me shortly. The sales representative gave us her cell # ( provided by their store) so we have direct contact with her but she does not reply to any texts or calls for 2 weeks as well. Every time I call I speak to corporate answering service who apologies and tells me that they are in contact with the manager and they will call me shortly but I guess that’s not going to happen. I called twice today and told them that this is the last worming before I post my review and just return my purchase and again I was assured that the manager will be contacting me immediately.Never did. I’m done with Gucci
