I’ve been a customer of this store for many years but now I’m done with them and Gucci in General. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in the high end store.I’ve been calling them for 2 weeks, several times a day regarding an issue that I have and every time they assure me that someone will get back to me shortly. The sales representative gave us her cell # ( provided by their store) so we have direct contact with her but she does not reply to any texts or calls for 2 weeks as well. Every time I call I speak to corporate answering service who apologies and tells me that they are in contact with the manager and they will call me shortly but I guess that’s not going to happen. I called twice today and told them that this is the last worming before I post my review and just return my purchase and again I was assured that the manager will be contacting me immediately.Never did. I’m done with Gucci

Worst customer service ever! I left a pair of Gucci sunglasses to be repaired. The guy took it after he verified the model and authenticity. Three weeks later I called because I did not hear from them and they told me that they don’t have the parts needed to repair it, they did not offer to replace or issue a refund. Whoever answered the phone was very arrogant and told me if you are going to escalate the problem you will still get the same answer! So if Gucci does not have a s decent after sale service, who would! This will be my last purchase of any Gucci product! Unless you want to throw hundreds of dollars down the drain!

Am I in a twilight zone? I asked to see the bag in another color.. it would be difficult to find and he was going to lunch. Could I come back in an hour? I didn't have that amount of time so he was nice enough to look for me. After opening every drawer in the showroom, He did find the bag. It was such a pain in the ass I could see why he didn't want to do it. Maybe a better inventory system of what is where in the store would make everybody happier. But I did enjoy my Perrier while i waited.

I made an appointment with a sales associate prior to showing up to the store. From the beginning, Thomas was in contact with me and told me to show up earlier if I wanted. Since my schedule didn’t allow to come earlier I kept my original appointment. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted. Thomas showed me the bag I was looking for and took his time offering me different options. I will definitely be back to visit.

Amazing customer service. Thomas Le is absolutely amazing. Very professional, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward. He helped me with my defective wallet to exchange it with something better and more elegant. This review is strictly about the store and customer service. I will rate Gucci men wallets at 3 stars due to the fact that I had to exchange the same wallet twice, where the stitches came off at the same spot twice due to bad quality. I ended up with totally different letter wallet that seems of a better quality. Time would tell.

If I could give this store a zero I would. I am disappointed with the customer service and return policy for the Holidays. The return policy says 14 days However, near the holidays it should be extended so the recipient of the gift can get a full refund in the original form of payment instead of an exchange of equal or greater value. This store has very poor customer service and there is no number to call to discuss the problem only by email. You get better customer service at Walmart. The store manager would only say this is the company policy. It felt like I was speaking to a computer. During the time family members had covid and I respected not to come into the store. Apparently, they didn’t care about pleasing a customer or future purchases. I do not recommend buying from a Gucci store. You are better off buying from a department store they have a better return policy as well as customer service. Very disappointed with the short hills customer service I was told I could return this item since it is during the holiday time frame not exchange. That is not a return policy.
