βI worked with Kathy who was absolutely amazing. She came back with her quotes and was great with the follow-ups and also gave me the time and space for me to decide - which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately for Kathy, the Workers Comp market has the same rates for all carriers and we ended up renewing with our current carrier. even in that situation I think Kathy was very professional and only full of advice and kindness. I truly look forward to working with Kathy in the future and hope to establish an ongoing business relationship with Kathy and the the company she represents.10/10.β

βRecently, I had to find new car and home insurance after my previous policy increased by 170% (no claims or reasons for the massive increase). It is never a fun or easy process, but O'Donnell Insurance Agency were excellent. No massive thrills or spectacles, but great customer service that focused on balancing costs and coverage. We were able to get a much lower rate with better coverage. The massive stress of finding insurance melted away thanks to their attentive and constructive engagement in finding us the best policies. Overall, I highly recommend.β

Apart from best coverage, my best experience was with one of the employees Aruna , that when I decided to cancel one of my 3 cars she advised me that instead of canceling we can suspend that car so that car is still cover in the parking lot.
