Switching our son from his previous school to LBA was truly the best decision we could have made. The teachers are so dedicated to their work, and the curriculum is both engaging and fun — our son comes home every day excited to tell us about what he learned and how much he enjoyed his day.
The live feed also gave us such peace of mind, especially during those first few transitional months. His very first teacher at LBA was Ms. Orianna, and there aren’t enough words to express how thankful we are for the love and care she showed our little guy. He talked about her constantly, and it was clear that he felt safe, valued, and truly cared for.
Ms. Orianna went above and beyond for her class — always bringing creative experiments, crafts, and activities to life. She showed up each day with such positivity and energy, and her passion for teaching was felt by everyone. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to his early childhood education.
And now he’s moved up to the big kid class this school year, with Ms. Kim as his teacher. From the moment we first met her, she’s been nothing short of amazing. In fact, she was the one who gave me a tour of LBA when we were first considering the switch, and the lasting impression she made was one of the key reasons we ultimately decided to join. We feel so fortunate to have her as our son’s teacher this year and know without a doubt that he’s in great hands!

I can't say enough good things about the teachers in Mobile Infants. They do a terrific job of ensuring our littles continue their development journey while making learning and growing fun!

I don't have enough god things to say about lightbridge. Our son has been flourishing under the watchful eye of Ms. Zoya! She had really shown our son nothing less than the most compassion and had been such an excellent teacher at this early yet so important stage of his development. I cannot recommend these wonderful people enough! 8 massive thumbs up!

I'm absolutely thrilled with LBA Millburn! The staff are warm, caring, and truly invested in each child's growth. The facility is clean, safe, and engaging, with a perfect balance of play-based learning and structured activities. The option to virtually see your kids through watch me grow app is truly brings peace of mind!
My kids have blossomed in their care, developing social, emotional, and academic skills that will serve them well for years to come. The communication between teachers and parents is excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. All the staff is great but Ms. Orianna and Ms. Zoya really stand out. We absolutely love the warmth and support given by Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Nazo!
I highly recommend LBA Millburn to anyone looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their little ones. Five stars isn't enough – we'd give it ten stars if we could!

I have been so lucky to have found Lightbridge Academy in Millburn. They have been very attentive to my children and caring towards me as we settled into our new lives here in Millburn. There are always lots of fun activities and ways to connect with the community and communication has been excellent on the app and in person.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lightbridge in Millburn! The teachers are truly amazing—they are warm, loving, and go above and beyond to create a nurturing environment. Every day, I see them hugging, kissing, and dancing with my son on the classroom cameras, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing he is in such caring hands.
The program they offer is incredible, with fun themed days and they keep the parents involved. I fully trust them with my son, and I feel so lucky to have found this school. I would recommend Lightbridge Millburn to anyone looking for a place where their child will be truly loved and cared for!

Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Nazo are the sweetest and kindest people I have the privilege to know. The staff are great with the kids, and I cannot thank them enough. My son continues to blossom under the care of the amazing teachers at LBA. Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Nazo have carefully cultivated a friendly and nurturing environment for the staff, children, and the parents. The staff are treated well, the children are properly engaged, and the parents get peace of mind knowing their children are in such capable hands. They are always in the office ready to address any questions or concerns with their open-door policy. They are a part of our family now.

As a parent who has experienced the Lightbridge Academy in Millburn from the infant room through the 3-year-old program, I'm thrilled to share our overwhelmingly positive experience with this exceptional childcare center.
From the moment you step into Lightbridge Academy, you're greeted with warmth and enthusiasm that immediately puts both parents and children at ease.
The staff's attentiveness and genuine care for each child is evident in every interaction. They take the time to get to know each family, understanding the unique needs and personalities of every little one in their care.
The center's rich array of activities and engaging curriculum is truly impressive. Every day brings new adventures and learning opportunities for the children. From sensory play for the infants to imaginative storytelling sessions for the toddlers, and interactive STEAM activities for the preschoolers, Lightbridge Academy ensures that each child's curiosity is nurtured and their developmental needs are met.
Safety is clearly a top priority at Lightbridge Academy. The secure facility, stringent health protocols, and vigilant staff provide parents with peace of mind, knowing our children are in safe hands. If I really had to think up some cons, here they are:
Parking is sometimes tricky so take time to figure out how things work and when the crossfit athletes are going to dart out of the gym in front of your car. Yikes!
If you have more than one kid daycare gets expensive.
We've had a few experiences with two other day cares in the area and hands down, love Lightbridge, the staff and Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Nazu!

This daycare I is amazing
I recently moved to South Orange and I needed a daycare for my kids. I have two 2 yr old twin girls.
A friend referred us to Lightbridge Academy
Having our kids here was one of the best things we’ve done .

Is fantastic. She runs a very well organized center for the kids. My Speech Therapist for one of the girls says that she sees many daycares throughout the area and no other place she’s been to is so well organized and well run as this center. Elizabeth is thoughtful and really cares about the kids.
Her assistant Ms. Nazo is equally as amazing.
She’s great with the kids , knows every parent is patient and understanding with the kids, She offers help every time she sees me struggling with the twins going in and out of the facility. And is always so welcoming when you come into the entry hallway area. It’s so nice to see her smile greet you when you bring your kids in.
And lastly, the teachers in GreenFrog class room are phenomenal. The head teacher Ms. Virginia. is fantastic. One time she saw me struggling in the parking lot with the kids to come into the facility as cars were coming one of my twins ran through the parking lot as I was trying to catch her. Holding the other twin in my arms. She Saw through the window and ran to come out to help me and I think she really saved one of the kids from being hit by a car. I’m so thankful for her vigilance. I will never forget that moment! she’s very attentive to what each of the twins need in our parent teacher conference. She gives great feedback on how we can help the girls at home and she truly cares about them moving to the next class level being prepared. She provides amazing activities, structure and discipline the perfect balance. We’re so grateful for the team at Lightbridge Academy, Millburn.

I have been working at this center for about two years and I can honestly say my experience has been amazing! Ms. Elizabeth goes above and beyond not only for us staff but for the children as well. Her open door policy makes is so much easier to go to her with any of my questions and concerns!

As a member of the teaching staff here at Lightbridge Academy, I must say both Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Nazo have both been two of the most professional, courteous, and accommodating Administrators that I have had the pleasure of teaching for in my 10+ plus years of teaching. They have both assembled a team of educators who not only implement an outstanding curriculum, but genuine care for both the students and families.

I have had nothing but GREAT experiences with Lightbridge Academy Milburn. My daughter has grown before our eyes from a very quiet infant to a very sociable & confident toddler! I am always impressed with how well all the kids follow the routine & instructions and the Directors are always so warm, informative, professional and involved.Miss Elizabeth has made it very comfortable and pleasant for us and we know we can trust that our kid is safe and in good hands! She hasn’t missed a day and is always there to greet us at the door. Her level of commitment is over and beyond and I love how she and Miss Nazo are always looking for new & fun ways to keep the staff and children engaged. Thank you for all that you do!
