i was charged extra for my car being an oversized suv despite driving a subcompact suv. there are also streaks all over my windshield and side mirrors after my windows were cleaned by hand. very disappointing!!!!

Despite all the bad google reviews, I decided to give Premier Car Wash in Millburn a chance and brought my Mustang there for a wash. I noticed a new scratch on it when it was returned to me. Instead of getting upset, I politely told the manager who agreed with me. He told his GM Anderson who insisted the scratch must have happened before I brought the car in. I knew this wasn’t true and insisted the situation needed to be fixed. Anderson tried to avoid me, but I finally spoke to him and he said if I got an estimate from a body shop he would pay for the damages “if it was cheap.” I got a fair quote but he said it was too much and refused to pay.
What’s most frustrating is not just the damage to my car, but how unprofessional and unaccountable their customer service was. I trusted this business to care for my vehicle, and instead, I left with damage and no resolution. If you value your car and expect decent customer service, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Got the Platinum wash, front rubber mats looked like just water was sprayed, still dirty (and they were not that dirty to begin with). Their conveyor belt was off timed. The triple foam and hot wax poured halfway through the car. I told the cashier about it and nothing, she just continued with her checkout process. This wasn’t my first unsatisfactory experience here, it’s happened on a few occasions earlier too but this was the tipping point. Will take my business elsewhere going forward.

We paid for the Platinum service, which cost $35.99 plus tax and tip, expecting a thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, the results were disappointing. The exterior still had visible dirt, especially around the lower panels and rear bumper. For the price, we expected much better attention to detail. Staff was polite, but the quality of the wash didn’t match the premium we paid.
There was a noticeable stain on the front bumper, and soap residue left on the side panel window. After they finished cleaning the back, we even had to ask one of the staff to go back and clean the front bumper, which should have been part of the original service.

Never ever go to this place to get your car washed and vacuumed. $35 plus tax (platinum service) plus $5 tip to the folks at the wash entrance, $5 when picking up, $2 to the cashier. The exterior was fine, but it felt they did not vacuum inside at all even though one of the floor mats was removed, the dust on the dashboard was left untouched.

It was a nightmare. I paid the most expensive service and they didn’t do anything. Still dust and dirt in the exterior and interior. And I’m not talking about a minimum dirt, literally a bunch of dirt. They barely clean the interior and didn’t touch the trunk. I’m really disappointed that I would like to give 0 stars.
Stay away from this place.

High prices, poor attention to detail, I have to watch over them at the beginning to make sure they do vacuuming properly. Only the most expensive Platinum service includes tire shine. The interior and exterior always have remaining dirt or smears. I'm looking for a new facility.

The service provides by the people on the back where they scan the plates is very rude and disappointing. They laugh at me because I stay to watch how they clean by previous experience they in a rush I paid for the carpet and they don’t even passed the vacuum, I should receive for what I paid. No manager came to organize or take care the situation, they do whatever they want this going to affect the business I recommend my family and friends they hire the monthly service because of me but now with this situation they will cancel the contract. I feel discriminated, offended and not hear it. May I need to have high-end valuable car to received a better treatment?. They don’t clean properly for what you paid.
