New store policy on buying fishes is to strict, asking me what size fish tank i have, how many fishes, like its relevant.. Wont sell me fishes for refusing to answer, its none of there business... Allegedly store management was fired for not following petsmart corporate stuck on stupid guidelines an reasonong behind t.m.i questions, Many years of coming to petsmart, will no longer visit any of there locations.. Petco is better, my money is good anywhere

During my recent visit to PetSmart, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional experience I had. The friendly and knowledgeable staff greeted me warmly and readily assisted me with all my pet-related needs in a clean and well-organized store, stocked with a wide range of high-quality products. What truly stood out was the remarkable care and attention given to the animals, who were healthy, well-fed, and clearly loved by the dedicated staff, making it a heartwarming experience. PetSmart's additional services, such as their top-notch grooming salon, training classes, and adoption services, further demonstrate their commitment to responsible pet ownership and finding loving homes for animals. I highly recommend this place!?

I’m not going to sit here and lie they were nice but not patient with animals. I booked my grooming appointment oct 1st Sunday for 9:15. Warm greeting. I have a Labrador female about 70 pounds. Very hyper maybe a little nervous but she does not bite. She would not go in but they acted like they could not lift her. This is why petco wins! There was a whole man in the back from grooming and they acted like I had a Rottweiler. Horrible service for that! 1 star and a lost of service now.
