I will give it a (-)minus on customer service. Worst i have experienced ever. The 2 ladies were first chitchatting and tell me to wait , when they werent attending to any customer, and then tell me that since it will take too long they can not help me today. What nonsense!!!

I would rather give it zero stars worse banking services ever and on top it last week I went to withdraw money and was given a fake $100 and when I took it back they confiscated the bill and didn't reimburse me telling me that even if I had returned 10 minutes later they couldn't return the money.. be sure to check your withdrawal before you leave the teller, I n my opinion people working at the bank should be able to recognize funny money.

This has to be one of the worst managed Branches in New Jersey Every time I go into this branch to get change for my business,where my business account is,their is always an issue. The tellers act like they're doing you favor for giving you rolled coins. They ask you your business name then ask you for your Social Security number like someone is just going to give you their social in the lobby of this poorly managed branch West Orange PNC is on the ball its a little further but to avoid the aggravation it's worth the trip

I can't stand Pnc bank they are full of sneaky and conniving people. They're whole online system won't let me make transfers and I actually went into the branch to prove it to them. They all just looked at me confused. Not one person knew what to do and now I have to pay the price. I'm being charged fees for something that could've been prevented. I finally got one person that was able to reconfigure my account so that it works now but I'm still responsible for how long it took these incompetent people to figure out what to do. They must be losing money since they're obviously trying to find ways to charge people fees but don't make it my problem. Don't use them unless you know that the person creating your account knows how to set it up correctly. When a situation arises this corporation certainly knows how to plea the 5th. Don't call the 1-800 number because all they say is we understand your frustration. So if you understand own up to your faults and FIX IT! #pncbank #dontusethem #pleathe5th #fixitjesus

Best bank location I've ever dealt with. The tellers are all gems, the management staff is responsive, and you don't feel you're being worked every time you want to change something. Great parking, both on street and across the street in a municipal lot. Try to time your visits with the Millburn Farmer's Market, across the street, on Tuesdays.

The worst bank ever. Did not get the help I needed and the people that work there are rude. I do not need to be told I should use the atm every time I go inside. If I wanted to use the atm I would have when I walked passed it.
