My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and misleading. I worked directly with Daniele, and I was given information that later turned out to be inaccurate, which affected my decisions and cost me time and money.
Communication was inconsistent, and when I raised concerns, they were not addressed clearly. I expected transparency and professionalism, but that was not my experience.
I would strongly advise others to avoid Premium One especially Danielle Genovese

I started my photo booth business back in 2016, and during my first year I was using those cheap, flimsy backdrop frames that took forever to put together and never looked quite right. The aluminum frame is extremely sturdy, lightweight, and unbelievably easy to assemble — it truly takes me about five minutes. The pillowcase-style backdrops fit perfectly, look clean and professional, and the print and fabric quality are excellent.
I’ve been using these backdrops for eight years, every single weekend for events, and nothing has ever happened to the zippers, the fabric, or the frame. They still look as good as new.
Investing in these backdrops was honestly one of the best decisions I made for my business. My customers love having such a wide selection of designs to choose from, and having that variety has absolutely brought me more bookings.

If you’re considering PremiumOne Realty, I urge you to think twice—especially if you have the misfortune of dealing with Danielle Genovese. My experience with her was nothing short of infuriating. From the outset, Danielle came across as a textbook snake oil saleswoman, aggressively pushing new construction homes while refusing to provide any meaningful details about build quality or even the names of the builders involved.
In multiple conversations, her approach was consistently cunning and fees-focused. She insisted—almost obsessively—that we could only purchase these new builds if we used one of PremiumOne’s own buyers’ agents, claiming these builders “can’t sell through someone else” because she “found them the plot.” This high-pressure tactic is not only off-putting but raises serious questions about transparency and ethics.
Let’s be clear: the real estate market is on shaky ground, and the last thing buyers need are agents like Danielle, who seem more interested in steering clients into commission-heavy deals than in providing honest guidance. Her insistence on controlling the transaction and her refusal to answer basic questions about the homes’ quality or builder reputations is a massive red flag.
Based on my experience, Danielle Genovese is exactly the type of agent who preys on first-time buyers—using charm and pressure to close deals while keeping clients in the dark. This isn’t my first home purchase, and I can confidently say she is the worst agent I have ever encountered.
Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable agent who values transparency and your best interests. In a market this uncertain, you need someone you can trust—not someone who’s only out for their next commission
