PAC was amazing from beginning to end. Ralph and Paul were easy to work with came up with a plan for exactly what we were looking for (automation on one system for all of our lights, garages, tvs and audio). Completely trusted their team to do most of the work while we were away on vacation. Project managers Matt and Kate were also great -- very professional, knowledgeable and responsive and took the time to explain everything. PAC came highly recommended and I can see why.

I like PAC. Ralph is knowledgeable and a good guy and the PAC team provides great work at a fair price. What more could you want from an AV firm? In short, if I need AV sales, repairs, or advice about how to improve my home theater and audio system PAC is the first company I would call.

I worked with PAC in 2021 for whole house design and installation of all wiring and equipment for networking, A/V and sound systems throughout. They were fabulous every step of the way. Thoughtful, professional and thorough. I cannot recommend PAC highly enough. Like all human endeavors, our project did not go perfectly, BUT, the responsiveness, class and diligence with which the PAC team reacted when things didn't go as planned underscored that these are very good people doing fine work with a real human touch. Bravo.
