What a great workout! Pure Barre provides strength training, works all muscle groups, adds a bit of yoga, stretching, and yes, cardio too! The variety of formats/classes prevents you from getting bored and your muscles are constantly surprised! I have lost pounds and inches - -Thank you to all of the staff!

Best experience for me as an instructor trainer. I found a second love in pure barre. The classes are fun and challenging.
