I explained the issues with my previous shoes, and Axel provided solutions by scanning my feet to determine the best fit. The results were impressive. “King Julius was an amazing employee making my shopping experience very easy. Got the gait test and found out more about my feet than I ever thought I needed. Bought my first pair of running shoes that fit just perfect thanks to King Julius being knowledgeable and giving me different shoe recommendations based on my feet analysis. He was not pushy and very patient while I tried on numerous brands. Highly recommend for new runners and experts of all kinds. They have wild selection and you will definitely find something.”

“I have these old pair of heels from my grandmother I was hoping to wear the next day to an event. The rubber sole on the heel was dry rotting and unsafe to wear. Last minute, I called the store asking if they could help. I brought the heels in and 5 minutes later they’re fixed! Super helpful and saved my predicament of what shoes to wear if these hadn’t been fixed. They do other shoe repairs and have a great selection of shoes to buy as well! Super friendly staff too!”

“Busy place and seemed under staffed but a large selection of sneakers. Good and easy parking and easy to get to. I give. it a 5. You have to tell them you are a veteran and then you get a 10 percent discount. If you buy two pairs you usually get the 2 nd pair at 50 percent off. If you have been there before they look it up and I received $5 more dollars off. So I spent about $119.00 for 2 pair of great slip ons. Nice place”

I felt bad for being "that customer" lol so I did apologize but Ms. Tracie and her associate Abby were Friendly and very patient as I tried to pull up my coupon at the last minute. “Their work was good, although expensive and not perfectly finished. But what annoys me is they don’t call or text when my items are ready even though they say they will call when it’s ready. The woman at the counter is not very customer service oriented.”
“Fitting room???Love the wide selection of products and the quality. There were a lot of clearance items, but signage was very confusing. Mall is under construction, so it was not clear that Bob's was actually there. Cashier was fine and the associate on floor directed us to fitting room. The fitting room is very sketchy. Did not feel comfortable trying on items. Hopefully, this is fixed soon.”

However, wanted to give a huge shoutout to Carol - she was working the fitting room when it got so busy and she handled herself so well, and was so helpful.
