“Yesterday I finally visited Roxy Shoes in Milburn after hearing my friends rave about the store for months. I can’t wait to return! Their shoe selection is vast, and the styles range from conservative to the outrageous. The prices are more than reasonable given the quality. They carry all my favorite brands (Ara, Dansko, Sofft and Eric Michael). Entering the store I was greeted by Heba, who could not have been more friendly or helpful. The store was not that busy, so she spent considerable time showing me different brands and styles. After telling Heba what I was looking for she brought over 4 different pairs that were exactly what I was looking for. Heba clearly enjoys her work. I left with multiple pairs and cannot wait to return.”

They have a new technology to measure your feet to get you the best fitting shoes anywhere. Old style Service where they put your shoes on and off for you and they make sure you’re totally comfortable and are willing to try different shoes and make recommendations based on your feet. Lori did an amazing job.”
“I want to thank Joseph for his kind and sweet customer service. He is patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped my husband and I each find a new pair of sneakers. He listened to us and took our concerns and opinions into account to find us both great sneakers! He made us feel so comfortable and was incredibly kind. He has the sweetest manners. “I have these old pair of heels from my grandmother I was hoping to wear the next day to an event. The rubber sole on the heel was dry rotting and unsafe to wear. Last minute, I called the store asking if they could help. I brought the heels in and 5 minutes later they’re fixed! Super helpful and saved my predicament of what shoes to wear if these hadn’t been fixed. They do other shoe repairs and have a great selection of shoes to buy as well! Super friendly staff too!”

Balancing my needs while helping multiple customers. The only complaint I have is the other customers who more or less cut infront of me, but what can you do when you're by yourself. Since the pandemic I've been ordering shoes online and it's always hit or miss. My husband said I should start shopping in a regular shoe store. I didn't want to go to a mall, so I chose this specialty store - and I'm so glad I did! Nance is a doll!! She was so helpful getting the brand and size I was interested in. I went home with a gorgeous pair of gold Vionic sandals that fit perfect and feel amazing.
They have a vast selection of stylish shoes with name brands known for comfort. I'll definitely be back sooner than later!”
