“Stopped in the short hills location earlier today to pick up a few pairs I had ordered online. They didn’t quite fit as expected but I was able to exchange them for the sizes that fit me best thanks to Kathy. She knew every detail of every shoe and really took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchases. I will definitely be returning for a pair of boots soon!”

“Typical Ann Taylor with many items having a " discontinued" status but nevertheless are brand new. Pricing can be somewhat better than the normal retail store. Clean, organized with dressing room attendants. Well worth a look for the woman who likes the Ann Taylor style.”

“I lost a gift card so I figured to call the store to see what can be done. I gave the associate all the information off the receipt. She said she would get back to me if they were able to do anything about it. I didn’t hear back so I decided to call the store again. I started explaining to the girl what I was calling about and she said “we’ve all been briefed about this” I was in shock that they took time not only to help me out with a gift card I had misplaced but also took their time to let everyone in the store know about it in case I called when the person who was helping me originally wasn’t around....p.s they were able to cancel the old card and reissue a new one. Keep it up short hills crew ❤️Thank you”

“I went in with an idea of the heel I wanted and a photo of my wedding dresses and reception dress. However, I was still torn and confused about which heel would best fit each dress. Donna was amazing and helped me pick the perfect styles for both. She was a blessing and made the experience go from a stressful one to a memorable and enjoyable one. I didn't think buying wedding heels could feel so magical. She definitely made this a moment to remember and was just as into it as I was. She was patient with me and understood my vision and kept my budget in mind. I felt comfortable and felt at ease. I will definitely be going back to her for any future purchases!”

“This store is the upscale cousin to Lululemon. LOL I am not saying they are parent companies. But I see the Lulú girl dressing in Aritzia when she is not in the gym I am pretty fond of their cashmere line. They have a muted color palette that repeats throughout the collection. Their clothes require maintenance so prepare to hand wash the cashmere.”

“I'm giving 4 stars, in comparison to the other local Macy's in Livingston. Much better stock of merchandise, and the overall shopping experience is much better. How they can justify two stores so close together is beyond me-long term lease in Livingston I guess.”

“OUTSTANDING customer service! My advisor texted me to inquire about how I was doing and if I needed anything. What a lovely touch, and it just so happens I needed a gift for a friend celebrating their Birthday in Michigan, I couldn’t be there. The gift purchase was convenient and seamless - all completed via mobile except the gift was shipped to me instead of my friend! The store leader, Christina called and she listened with empathy, openness and understanding. Natalie the customer service rep also called and her calm professionalism abated my frustration. In the end, the birthday gift will be shipped and I am still amazed at the experience and the graceful manner that my issue was treated. Thank you, to the Chanel team - can’t wait to shop again!”

“Great customer service at the Anthropologie store in SH Mall.I recently came in to look for an item that was not in the store and was told that they'd place the order for me to arrive by mail, but because I ordered it through the store, there would be no shipping charge.They have many nice things in the store. The style isn't exactly what I'm used to wearing, but every once in a while there will be an item that I'll purchase that will look phenomenal & I'll get a lot of compliments for.However, their home goods are really great - nice variety, good quaity & nice colours.”
