However, wanted to give a huge shoutout to Carol - she was working the fitting room when it got so busy and she handled herself so well, and was so helpful. The firing rooms never got sloppy, she maintained all the go backs well, just a huge shout to her and her calm demeanor.”
“The quintessential American shoe company. Got a great deal here on a pair of fifth avenues during the sale. Service was fairly good although a bit perfunctory. Prices are high but I think you get what you pay for. I'd rather go here than schlep into the city. Recommended”

Will never shop here again. The pants I tried to return had never been worn. One of the two tags was still on them. I didn’t request a return but asked for a store credit and was denied. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in this store.”

“I like this Macy's. I've always been greeted kindly. Everyone is respectful and helpful in all of departments that I go to the most, which are - the Service counter to Pick-up Online orders, Men's, Women's, Juniors, Beauty/Fragrance. The store is clean, it's not messy like some of the other Macy's. The departments have a lot of selections and the floors are organized well.”
“I went in to get a sweater for myself to make my mother happy for this upcoming thanksgiving. I ended up getting two really nice sweaters and a nice button down and my mother bought a two dressed and this nice sweater. I want to shout out Julia for this one. She and my mother had a blast picking stuff out. She and my mother basically became best friends and Julia was so sweet and kind and knew the answer to everything. Shout out to her honestly.”

It was VERY busy in there but Tara was so helpful and friendly. I wound up leaving my shirt and belt there by accident and I was so upset! “OUTSTANDING customer service! My advisor texted me to inquire about how I was doing and if I needed anything. What a lovely touch, and it just so happens I needed a gift for a friend celebrating their Birthday in Michigan, I couldn’t be there. The gift purchase was convenient and seamless - all completed via mobile except the gift was shipped to me instead of my friend! The store leader, Christina called and she listened with empathy, openness and understanding. Natalie the customer service rep also called and her calm professionalism abated my frustration.
