Rupali and the Spotless team are wonderful! Pickup/dropoff every week makes our lives so much easier and clothes are always in great condition. I've asked Rupali to help me with a few last minute alterations and she's been able to get everything done on time and look great too. Highly recommend!

This dry cleaners used to be really good until recently. It has become not well run at all, I brought a scarf just to sew because it was too big, the owner never gave me a price which was a red flag to begin with. I should’ve demanded a price, secondly, it was not ready after waiting a wee when I was told it would be. Owner said it wasn’t ready even though it should have taken 5 minutes to do . I came back a week later they have the son who looked like he was 18 years old who appeared to be the only one there and was very confused, You couldn’t event hear him speak. I had a witness there during this was a gentleman was there with his two kids who witnessed the whole thing, and was annoyed for me about how bad this was handled. he eventually put his stuff back in the bag and lef this dry cleaners and told me that he was going somewhere else and quite frankly, I don’t blame him.
The son could not find the scarf. I Stood there for a half hour while he calls his mother and the guy that came after me with his kids waited to be serviced as well. Then, finally he finds it, after calling his mother twice, and after waiting a half hour and the woman, who is the owner called me and proceeded to argue with me on the phone, (instead of just apologizing, which is how to handle a bad situation)
The worst level of service I have seen in a dry cleaners in a very, very long time and this is an honest review not a fake one

I recently brought a dress to Spotless Cleaners because it was way too big, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, Rupali was friendly and professional. She listened carefully to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions to ensure the fit would be just right. The alterations were done perfectly. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to turn it around. I’ll definitely be returning whenever I need anything else tailored.

This is an amazing family owned business! The folks here are kind, efficient, and reasonable. I needed some last-minute adjustments made to my suit for my fiancé’s bridal shower and they were more than happy to make the changes I needed. We came in without expectations for my new Zadig & Voltaire white blazer. Unfortunately a delicious Hummus lunch made it to the front and sleeves of the blazer .
