Went there for hardware. Metric tiny set screw.I saw in his bin they cost 59cents. I bought 4. So I’m thinking it’s going to be 5$ tops.I go up to the cashier he just makes up a number because I’ve told him I’ve been frustrated finding the right set screw. He goes 16$! I thought it was a joke. But he was serious. So I didn’t have any other option but to pay. Running late to pick up kids and needed to finish hanging the towel rack. Never felt so taken advantage of at a store before besides a car dealer.Gave three stars because I have to give credit where credit is due. He had the darn set screws.

Avoid Bunchers True Value Hardware if you're looking to replace a lamp chord. I did not ask about pricing prior to dropping off my 8 inch lamp and was charged $74.64 for a new chord. When I simply questioned the pricing, the woman ripped my head-off, totally went hysterical and began screaming. I was very disappointed as a big supporter in small business. The pricing was outrageous. The customer service was inappropriate at best I think it's probably a great business because it has been around for a long time but not for me. Just awful.

My 2nd time shopping there today..this time..they reopened the store as a courtesy so I could get the materials necessary for a home project..if only more businesses and people thought this way..the world would be a MUCH BETTER place..I CANT say THANK YOU ..Enough...Shop Bunchers as opposed to big box....

Bunchers always has what I need from a hardware store. Family owned and very knowledgeable. Their range of goods is incredible. They also make keys and have a locksmith.

I love it here! Totally a Mom & Pop store, where you can ask them for advice and they'll help you find what you need. Best thing I found, was a "pumice" stone to polish away the hard water stains in the basement toilet that was unused in a while -- so easy, took only a few minutes, and saved us from buying a new fixture!

I was charged $20 for a toilet flapper, which I later found was $8.50 at Home Depot. When I called them later to ask them if the pricing had been a mistake, the gentleman at Bunchers told me that they don't get the same discounts as the larger stores. It seemed strange to me because they had other Koehler flappers on display for under 10$, while this piece was brought to me from their inside stock and pricing seemed arbitrarily decided.

I sent my employee to there to buy a product for machine. Before going there, he talked to the owner & let him know he would go there. When my employee arrived, the owner already left. They do not listen to people and stole our time. Also, the lady in the store did not about the machine and could not be helpful.

Mom & Pop multigenerational hardware store with helpful staff. A convenient place to stop into for basic supplies for home projects/maintenance some oddball items. A handy place to get keys made , pick up shovels ( they usually have hard to find kids size shovels), glue, screws, picture hangers, duct tape etc. a quick run into Bunchers is much faster than trudging the aisles of Home Depot.
