Hands down the worst place in the world to get a phone fixed. After 3 days and three trips, the pot smoking kid that weighs the NBA hat completely screwed up everything.I ended up buying a brand new phone because I just couldn't deal with these idiots. Honestly, you're crazy if you go to this place.Edit: Dear owner trying to pass the buck. I absolutely was at the Millburn location for three different days. You can try and save face on these reviews man. But if you look at the thousands of reviews trashing this place and saying the same thing I am. I'm literally wasting my time typing this.I'm not emailing anybody. In fact I'll never email or contact your company again because of how pathetic you all are. You're terrible. Your workers are terrible. Everything about your establishment is terrible. I'm going to be laughing so hard when you go out of business. Screw you.

It’s frustrating when your touchscreen phone stops working completely. They were busy but managed to squeeze me in same day. The staff have way more patience then I expected but after seeing the people on the intake line demanding instant service, I can see why. Great staff and great customer service by setting expectations immediately. I would definitely come back here again if needed.

Either lazy or just lying. Had a broken screen and made an online appointment for 5pm. They close at 7pm. Get a call later asking my to come in earlier, around 3pm to be done in time for the day or I'd have to get it at 10am the next morning. They open at 10am, so it wouldn't be ready at closing but the phone repair elves would magically fix it overnight to be ready for opening time. Asked 3 times how long it actually takes before he finally stopped evading me and said it'll take 4 hours to replace the screen. So, after realizing i had insurance, Asurion came to my house and replaced it in my driveway in 20 minutes. ... 20 minutes. Nasty on the phone, indirect answers that don't make sense, and exaggerated time for repair. If you don't want to work near closing time, don't allow reservations near closing time!

Awful experience. The whole place reeks of air fresheners and weed. Not that I have anything against people partaking if they can do their jobs but we'll get to that.I went in for a phone screen replacement because I had a crack. I agreed to pay in full because I had no insurance. First they put a defective screen on that had a green line running down the side. They said they would order another and replace it. I made the mistake of paying them at this point.They forgot to call me when the replacement came in I had to call them. I dropped the phone off and when I came back to pick it up they hadn't done anything with it because they were having an issue with the insurance. Mind you I paid in full no insurance. When they realized this they had me wait for an hour and a half and when they finished the fingerprint sensor and the front camera wouldn't work. I pointed this out and they refused to fix it.I asked them to put the cracked screen back on and give me my money back. They refused to do that. They closed the store and left. My phone is arguably worse than when I gave it to them. The front camera and fingerprint sensor won't work.I'd just avoid this shop. Save yourself the headache.

Jason was FAST, on time, and super professional fixing my phone screen today! I could not believe how simple and easy the process was. When I broke my phone screen I was sick to my stomach thinking about the expense and time it would take to have it repaired or replaced. Jason turned it all around. Can't thank him enough for his hard work and professionalism today!

A while ago my phone died and I was thinking about upgrading but didn’t love the new Samsung for the price.Took it into Michael who calmly walked me through all my options, told me what he could do and fixed it. Also put a screen protector on that is the best I have had. Made what was a stressful time (no phone...) as painless as it could be.Great working with him and happy to admit I wasn’t confident going in but just talking with him gave me confidence and he didn’t disappoint.Thanks Michael

Both the store and company are awful. Unnecessarily complicated to file a claim, waited a week to hear back, said I needed to pay online, but multiple payment methods wouldn't go through. Operator said it went through and everything was fine. Went into the store, was told my account didn't even exist. After it magically appears, I was told I filed the claim wrong and it was my mistake. I showed the employee proof on my phone of the claim being filed, then was told I signed up for the wrong plan. The story then turned into that I actually did everything right, it was the company who made the mistake. I called customer service who said the store was the one who made a mistake and the claim existed so they were unsure why I had trouble. At this point, I asked to cancel my insurance plan because I was wasting money, which they refused to do and kept asking to speak to the workers in the store. I called again and finally got a nice lady who helped me cancel the account immediately. I also want to add that every time I was in the store, nearly everyone was turned away because they also had problems or were told their store doesn't fix their devices. Do not use this store or sign up for home+ plan because it's a giant scam.

I had a great experience with Jason, he showed up early, walked me though my service and returned my device in a timely, professional fashion. I would 10/10 recommend Asurion and Jason and a technician to anyone needing to service their device.

Fixed the screen for my Samsung and did an excellent job. That's what matters. Customer service is average. One fellow was friendly when I picked up phone but others in store aren't the most engaging. But not going there for conversation so not an issue really. Good job fixing phone, as noted.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I made an appointment where I specifically had to mention the Brand, model, and issue with my phone. Without any remote follow up from this store I drove to the location only to be immediately told, "oh we don't have that part sorry" When someone makes an appointment for a specific purpose you should immediately check to see if that part is available. and kickback if it isn't instead of wasting every ones time.

It turned out that my wife's screen was not cracked, it was her screen protector. They pointed this out so that we would not have to file a claim or incur any expense. They were very professional and helpful. Highly recommend the Milburn, NJ UBreakIFix staff. Great job!

Drove 40 minutes to get a phone repaired after they explicitly told me that they had the part. Just to get there, waste another 30 minutes just to be told they don't have the part.Update: No one told me to "reserve" a part. You are making up a blatant lie to justify your terrible service. Even when I showed up the employee repeatedly stated that you guys had the part in stock in the color I needed. But when it came time to pay, it was a different color.Also I drove 40 minutes to YOUR location because YOUR location claimed to have the part. Stop lying and just do better next time.

Slow service. 9 days in total to fix my broken Nintendo Switch (joy con rail). Also don't expect cheap service if you're new to Ubreakifix. They DID fix my issue however so reliability is A+ here.4 stars not because of price but because service overall was very time-consuming given that I already told them the aforementioned issues from the start.
