Scammed! I asked for and bought a few stamps at this location. Upon leaving the post office I realize I was charged $1.01 per stamp. On a prior occasion, I bought a stamp at this location & the sales clerk did not have enough change she told me in her drawer to give me what was owed to me.
On this occasion,, I was charged the price for a 2 ounce not your regular 1 ounce stamp. I never asked for 2 ounce stamps! Upon returning, I was informed that they did NOT have any regular stamps in stock. Moreover, I was told that the stamps I bought are not refundable as indicated on the receipt. I was not given a refund. I have never had an issue such as this before with any post office. At this location, my advice for other customers would be to be specific what you want in term of stamps 1 ounce or 2 ounces and quickly try to make sure it is rung up correctly before the receipt starts printing. An experience such as this results in mistrust. Arrived at this post office on a Saturday at 9:05 A.M. and waited another 10 minute and it was still not open for business. Its hours are 9am-12 noon. This is not how you run a business.

The worst post office and staff. Says they open at 9. It’s now almost 10 and not one person comes to help anyone. We rang the bell and the manager Olivia said they are busy and will come out when they can? There are 2 members here we can see them in the back but none will come to front desk to help . Mean while there are 20 people in line waiting

Service is OK, it’s the minimum of what you’d expect. No warm and fuzzy neighborhood feel here. Have had doors closed at 4.20, not 4.30 as advertised a couple of times. Maplewood is another, better option.

Terrible service. I was dropping off multiple packages today and the staff refused to give me a receipt. He said I had to prepare shipping manifest myself. Never heard of that and never happened at other usps offices.

The millburn post office was closed this afternoon because they were on lunch break . I mean give me a break !! There was a line out the door with no one there at all . The guy came out after I shouted was anyone here and he said they are closed til 145 til there lunch break was over . How ridiculous

Friendly staff. There's short term parking outside which is convenient. I had to ship a large number of books and between buying postage online through PayPal, dropping off labeled boxes at the post office, it was much easier than I expected.

James who is the apparent “ manager “ of the facility is beyond rude. I called to inquire some package details because on my tracker it said “expected delivery” for today and since my mailman had already came I just want to know the location of the package if maybe it is at the facility I would pick it up . he then turned around and said that I was on the wrong website and that they don’t tell people expected deliveries I explain to him that I’m on the correct website and that he continue to get combative with me and told me that I don’t follow simple directions. This is horrible customer service from a manager and I completely understand frustrations during this time butPeople do not have to be rude.
