Everytime I come here, I leave with bad tastes because of undisciplined sales associates and shift leaders. No problems with the pharmacy.

Walgreens is a top 3 pharmacy in the U.S. but cannot imagine why. It’s staffing levels are poor and staff are truly unmotivated and not at all service oriented. Pharmacy staff in particular is not knowledgeable and keeps blaming insurance, the doctors and company policy for inefficient service. I wanted to get a 2 month supply of a prescription due to travel and got the run around from Walgreens to the insurance company and the doctor and was finally told that company policy changed “last month”. Ridiculous.

I don’t know why people are giving this Walgreens low stars. I always have a good experience in the pharmacy. They contact me when prescriptions are ready, the staff is pleasant, I have not experienced wait times more than a few minutes, there’s a parking lot, and they have a drive-through window!

I come to this Walgreens fairly often as I work in Short Hills and have been very impressed by the store and the staff. Everyone is polite and efficient and the store is clean and kept up nicely.

Not great. It's very clean and tidy and it's easy to park there. But, as others have pointed out, the pharmacy is bad (errors, delays) and there often isn't anyone on checkout.

Worst pharmacy ever. Was on hold two hours to speak with the pharmacist. Constant long waits in person, on the telephone and at the drive thru. Short staffed. Staff also looks miserable.
