The whole thing was quick smooth and painless. Ace explained everything in detail and made sure I understood it all. She kept asking if I had questions and made sure my experience was a pleasant one. This girl rocks!!! She sure knows her stuff.

Started out as a 5, but when they doubled my rent they dropped to a 3.
Ace is one of the best, honest, & helpful site managers, but corporate needs to be a little more customer friendly when raising rates … 10% or 15%, not 100%!

The best storage unit facility I’ve ever rented from - I’ve been to 5 different places in the last decade. They are professional, friendly, and easy to get ahold of. The facility feels safe at all times. The only possible complaint is that the indoor buildings aren’t kept very clean - tons of bugs, spiders, webs, and crickets in the summer. However, there was a change in ownership a few months ago so maybe that won’t be a concern going forward. Really it just needed some form of pest control and a sweep every now and then. Otherwise, a really great experience.
